We ordered house specialty beef & tuna plates - prepared to perfection - begun with my favorite jumbo shrimp cocktail.

“After a long day of walking through NYC, we decided to try Empire Steak because it was close to our hotel. We had never heard of the restaurant and our expectations were neutral. The filet mignon was one of the best I've ever had! Perfectly seared on the outside, perfectly seasoned and perfectly done. Service was very attentive. We will definitely be returning to Empire Steak on our next visit to NYC.“

“We visited this restaurant this past Saturday and even tho we just gave them a call 40 mins prior arriving, they accommodated us- no wait time. The staff is very attentive, friendly and warm. Every single one of them. We went there with a 4month old and i was a little skeptical but our server, Ali, and Alessandro went above and beyond to make us feel as comfortable as possible and answer to all of our needs and requests.
I loved their pizza, brings you right back to Italy, like rarely you can find in NJ. And the tiramisu!!! OMG!! The best one i have ever had in my whole life!! Definitely will be back!

“Went for steak dinner at Sparks steakhouse. Our waiter was rushing us from the very moment we sat down. We ordered wine, an appetizer and then steak. Ordered the filet mignon. The steak served was much more like a t-bone in texture and size. We questioned the waiter but we're told it was definitely a filet. I wish I had taken pictures. Unfortunately we won't be back.“

“Pros: Our waitress was extremely helpful and service oriented. Lots of appetizers: there were 7 little bowls worth. The ones I remember were seasoned carrot shreds, Cole slaw, red cabbage, pickles, pickled jalepeños, as well as pita bread. what I ordered (grilled teriyaki chicken) was delicious and moist.

Cons: My friend got the lamb skewers and they were overcooked. She did specify well done, but it was tough. we were the only ones in the restaraunt yet food did take a while to arrive. not too many options I liked for sides and wasn't a fan of the ones we got.

Prices ranged from $35-60. Pro tip: the main course of meat comes with 2 sides.“
