“Another amazing dinner from Katsuno. Our favorite authentic Japanese restaurant in NYC came through for us once again, this time with take-out. Tonight we had the Tuna Avocado Salad, Nigiri Sushi, Pork Hirekatsu, and Tempura Udon. All served with a refreshing can of Funaguchi Kikusui Sake. Everything was fresh and delicious as always and served curbside in a safe no contact manner. Thank you Katsuno!“

“Everything was delicious. We hosted a Purim breakfast at our temple and everyone was so happy and full. I personally put in the order myself and everything from ordering to delivery was so smooth. We ordered large quantity of variety of bagels with all types of cream cheeses, salmon salad, white fish and tuna. Plus we got crepes with ricotta cheese which were Devine. And we ordered lots of croissants 🥐 , plain and chocolate which by the way are huge. I can’t say enough how fresh and delicious everything was. Highly highly recommend this place!!“

“It's our first time here, we wanted a more regular style of pizza vs the regular Danni's pizza that we normally get in the neighborhood so we decided to give this one a shot. There pene slice was delicious and the garlic knots were fabulous, best ones I've had yet actually. We also ordered a cheese slice and the pepperoni , I found the pizza to be to floppy I would have preferred more of a slight crunch and sturdy slice. But none the less it satisfied my craving for a classic regular NY slice“

“My aunt was served spoiled food at the 5 burros cafe up the block from Austin Street Pizza. We were really upset because they simply gave us a refund and my aunt was left so hungry. I remembered Austin Street Pizza was down the block. We went there and even though they were shutting down for the night the gentleman behind the counter let me get a pizza for her. I am so grateful I was able to get her something to eat. Thank you for your kindness and graciousness. She said her pizza was delicious.“

“I’ve loved this place for years, but I just catered from them for the first time, and everything was perfect. The sushi was delicious, they kept the sushi with gluten in a separate container, they have party platters and party trays, and they sold me the perfect amount of food without being pressured to buy too much. The price was reasonable- actually incredible considering how delicious everything was, and everything came on time. I will definitely cater from them again.“

“Cabana in Forest Hills has that lively, island vibe — upbeat music, friendly service, and food that feels like a mini getaway. I ordered the chuleta de cerdo (pork chops) with rice, black beans, and tostones. The sides were delicious — and lucky me, the tostones came with a garlic dip, which I happily used to give my pork chops the extra kick they needed 😉. I was hoping for a bit more Dominican-style flavor from the pork, but overall, a solid spot for good vibes and Latin comfort food done right.“

“Bit of a hole in the wall place off the beaten path. Very friendly workers here but there is no service per se. You order off a touch screen and food is brought to you. This includes water and drinks.

The food is simple and good. We've gone twice and the first time was better with the soup lacking a bit of flavor last time we went.

It's simple and clean food prepared well but honestly I don't think this is a top 100 NYC restaurant despite the reviews. (Also bathrooms are clean and nice which is a plus)

“Always a pleasure coming to Rove! Tonite was an exceptional experience. I wish i got the bartenders name. Wednesday 4/24/24 between 7-9pm. Nice nails and curly hair. She was funny pleasant and took care of us. Long story short, after great apps and drinks, paid the bill and left…I dropped a $50 out of my pocket after I paid and left and was only 2 store fronts down and she came after me telling me you dropped a bill and gave it back. You don’t see this honestly often anymore. Kudos to her and Rove deserves her as an employee.“

“I enjoyed the vibe and atmosphere of the place. Very cozy and feels like you’re transported out of nyc. However the food was average. It was okay but I don’t think I’ll be back. Just a bit bland and lacking of the umami I expect from a ramen place. However, the staff was kind and attentive. We were served quickly and enjoyed our time.

If you prefer milder tastes then this would be a good option.“

My wife says she loves that there is NO music which makes it a peaceful space. She also appreciates that there is a roomy feeling. It's not overcrowded.“

“Fresh sushi, little place, quick service“

“Asian Fortune' food is very good and when you order for delivery it always comes very fast. Only one time in all of the years we've been ordering food have they forgotten an eggroll. No big deal. Mistakes happen.. But the main reason I left 4 stars instead of 5 is because they do not do special requests. Ever. I normally order the pad tai. It always comes with the peanuts and sprouts on the side. One day, I wanted pad tai made with wide noodles instead of skinny noodles..and they said no. That was a few years ago. Tonight, I figured I'd try to see if they would make a special request. I ordered The pad kee mao, which is a spicy dish made with wide noodles.
I didnt ask them to change the dish..
I asked if they could give me a side of sprouts and chopped peanuts on the side(which id gladly pay for) so i can add them on to my pad kee mao myself. Nope. The girl said they have to make the dish the right way. Whatever that means. I didn't ask them to alter the dish. I asked to buy sprouts and chopped peanuts on the side.
Seems like such a simple request to make a customer happy..but apparently getting some peanuts and bean sprouts on the side is impossible to get. It's so weird...considering, we've been good customers for years i find it strange that they wouldnt do this. I mean, they will alter the spice level if you ask..they will leave out onions or mushrooms if you ask. But getting peanuts and sprouts on the side..absolutely not. Its such a small thing to say no to. And i dont get it. I wasn't asking them to alter the dish. I wanted a couple of tablespoons of peanuts and some bean sprouts on the side..which they always give on the with the regular pad tai which i was willing to pay for. Such a strange thing to say not to.“

“I came with my Jewish work colleagues to celebrate. As a chinese person, I would say this food is not very good. However, this is Americanized chinese food for a kosher clientele and it is as good as it comes from that perspective. I give them five stars for deliverying what is advertised. I will not rate low for doing something they do not advertise to be.“

“I loved the atmosphere, and I loved how pretty it is inside. I wanted to order the birria quesadilla, because I want to try birria again (this is my second time trying it) The lady at the register was very nice too! Once I got home I immediately began to eat. I first tried the radish, which I think has a spicy kick to it! I never had radish before! I took a bite of the birria and I immediately fell in love. The meat is very tender and rich and the flavor just melts in your mouth. I added the lime into the quesadilla and that made the taste have such a kick! It was better than the first time I tried birria and I will definitely go to the restaurant again 10/10!“

“The Shrimp with Broccoli was good. I ordered takeout which comes with the ready to open tray. Out of courtesy, especially since the food didn't come in the paper containers, the lady or cashier should have asked if I needed utensils, condiments &/or napkins. Instead of her handing me the bag, then quickly walking away to the back. I asked one of the cooks as he was going to take a break, & he gladly turned around & gave me the fork, napkins & a fortune cookie.

“Still a great place to get tex-mex food. They take credit cards now and are on food delivery apps but I suggest calling and ordering delivery directly from them.
They use skirt steak for their steak dishes. The Tortillas are fresh also. I love their salsa/sauce (the not spicy one). Food takes a bit to make, def not a bad thing. I suggest calling and ordering in advance. Very limited seating. Very busy place. People are always calling in or picking up an order.“

“This is your bog-standard diner. I'm sure sometimes the toast may not be exactly how you want it or French toast soggy or whatever gripe someone will have on here. But this is a solid diner I regularly frequent for breakfast, and I've never been disappointed.“
