“Another amazing dinner from Katsuno. Our favorite authentic Japanese restaurant in NYC came through for us once again, this time with take-out. Tonight we had the Tuna Avocado Salad, Nigiri Sushi, Pork Hirekatsu, and Tempura Udon. All served with a refreshing can of Funaguchi Kikusui Sake. Everything was fresh and delicious as always and served curbside in a safe no contact manner. Thank you Katsuno!“

“The food that I got for takeout was amazingly good!!!! I got the butter chicken, garlic naan bread, and gulab jamun. I also got the mango lassi drink, and it was really good too! Service was great, didn’t take long at all for my food to be made. Pricing is decently good too, not too expensive but also not too cheap. 10/10 overall experience with everything. I will come back here again for more takeout, but next time I’m trying the chicken biryani for sure!“

“One of the tastiest pizza I've had in New York. Even with a price of 4.25, the portion was way larger than any mediocre slices. There was a great blend of the sauce, basil and the cheese. The crust was thin and crispy. Would recommend.“

“I visited this restaurant today! It was a solo date, so I only ordered one thing, the champon ramen, which was like a seafood ramen. I must say that I really liked the broth, so flavorful and tasty ramen. My waitresses were absolutely courteous and professional. The place is clean with great music in the background, which is an absolute plus for me when I go out to eat by myself. I can’t wait to go back there with some friends. “I’ve loved this place for years, but I just catered from them for the first time, and everything was perfect. The sushi was delicious, they kept the sushi with gluten in a separate container, they have party platters and party trays, and they sold me the perfect amount of food without being pressured to buy too much. The price was reasonable- actually incredible considering how delicious everything was, and everything came on time. I will definitely cater from them again.“

“It's our first time here, we wanted a more regular style of pizza vs the regular Danni's pizza that we normally get in the neighborhood so we decided to give this one a shot. There pene slice was delicious and the garlic knots were fabulous, best ones I've had yet actually. We also ordered a cheese slice and the pepperoni , I found the pizza to be to floppy I would have preferred more of a slight crunch and sturdy slice. But none the less it satisfied my craving for a classic regular NY slice“

“Always a pleasure coming to Rove! Tonite was an exceptional experience. I wish i got the bartenders name. Wednesday 4/24/24 between 7-9pm. Nice nails and curly hair. She was funny pleasant and took care of us. Long story short, after great apps and drinks, paid the bill and left…I dropped a $50 out of my pocket after I paid and left and was only 2 store fronts down and she came after me telling me you dropped a bill and gave it back. You don’t see this honestly often anymore. Kudos to her and Rove deserves her as an employee.“

“Everything was delicious. We hosted a Purim breakfast at our temple and everyone was so happy and full. I personally put in the order myself and everything from ordering to delivery was so smooth. We ordered large quantity of variety of bagels with all types of cream cheeses, salmon salad, white fish and tuna. Plus we got crepes with ricotta cheese which were Devine. And we ordered lots of croissants 🥐 , plain and chocolate which by the way are huge. I can’t say enough how fresh and delicious everything was. Highly highly recommend this place!!“

“Sushi Time! is always my hubby's and my go-to-sushi-craving-appeasing -eatery when we travel to NY.

Since they initially opened almost two decades ago, we've habitually eaten at the restaurant -- countless times when we lived in NY and even after we moved to NW CT in 2010. Now living in VA these past three years, our trips to NY are not as frequent, BUUUUT we make certain to eat at Sushi Time! when we are there -- whether just landed at one of NYC airports, passing through or visiting for several days. Yes, thats how much we enjoy eating at Sushi Time!

Jenna and her staff are always welcoming and amazingly friendly and attentive from the moment you walk into the restaurant, regardless if they just opened the doors to the very last minute they close at night.

Their sushi quality and specialty rolls combinations and flavours are impeccable. Never disappointing.

“This restaurant is fantastic! It's incredibly fresh and truly a hidden gem. I notice deliveries happening every week, which prompted me to give it a try. I'm a big fan of traditional Japanese cuisine. Their sushi is exceptionally fresh, and the salad is wonderfully light. The KANI salad has a delightful mild spiciness to it.
The owner is charming, and the waitress is very accommodating. They offer Japanese soda that you have to pop, as is traditional. It's so cute, and I highly recommend it. Although it's a simple establishment, the food definitely speaks for itself“

I could not even cut it with a knife. The service was good. The only issue was, when presented with the bill, the waitress high lighted the tip portion. As if we didn't see the calculations of how much 20 or 25 percent was. I found that tacky and distasteful. Please don't solicit tips, you'll get more that way.“

“I came with my Jewish work colleagues to celebrate. As a chinese person, I would say this food is not very good. However, this is Americanized chinese food for a kosher clientele and it is as good as it comes from that perspective. I give them five stars for deliverying what is advertised. “Still a great place to get tex-mex food. They take credit cards now and are on food delivery apps but I suggest calling and ordering delivery directly from them.
They use skirt steak for their steak dishes. The Tortillas are fresh also. I love their salsa/sauce (the not spicy one). Food takes a bit to make, def not a bad thing. I suggest calling and ordering in advance. Very limited seating. Very busy place. People are always calling in or picking up an order.“

“The Shrimp with Broccoli was good. I ordered takeout which comes with the ready to open tray. Out of courtesy, especially since the food didn't come in the paper containers, the lady or cashier should have asked if I needed utensils, condiments &/or napkins. Instead of her handing me the bag, then quickly walking away to the back. I asked one of the cooks as he was going to take a break, & he gladly turned around & gave me the fork, napkins & a fortune cookie.

“Elote and horchata. Oh. My. Goodness! This was our first time here and we are already planning our next visit. I saw the Elote sign in the window and HAD to go in. My hubby never had either so I knew it would be a treat for him. Let me just say, the elote was SO good that we each got another order! Make sure to get it with Tajin (we got it with our second orders and hubby LOVED it). Isabel took our orders and served us; she is so sweet. The restaurant is very neat and clean which is important. Oh yeah, the horchata was the best I've ever had. 😁“
