“We had so much fun stopping by Slickfin on our drive through the area. They had a flavoured seltzer selection that was pretty unique and then a caramel apple sour with a crushed Cinammon Toast Crunch rim?! The kid inside of me of legal drinking age had a blast.We also spent some time in the back area with the fire pits with the coolest group of vets that meet up at Slickfin for beers every week. They welcomed us to pull up some chairs and share our travel stories. Their friendliness and enthusiasm for the brewery made our night.Thanks Slickfin! We hope to make it back on our next road trip.“

“The service and atmosphere of this place was fantastic. Great beers and a great beer selection. I really appreciated how much space there was between tables compared to a lot of other breweries that really cram you in. Make sure to stop by for trivia! Probably the most concise trivia of all the breweries I've ever been to. Short and sweet. The food we ordered (which I don't remember what it was sorry) was good, but nothing extraordinary. I just wish this brewery were closer to where I lived!“

“My wife and I went to the winery for our 16th anniversary. We did the wine tasting with Erica as our server. It was amazing. She was the best server we've ever had for anything. Adirondack winery wine is the only wine that we drink. Everything else doesn't compare. Totally recommend going here for a fun time and great people.“

We have 3 soft serve spots that we continue to rank against one another and this one is #1 for us in terms of ease of getting in and out of - the flavors seem to be a little bit better too. We even visit on rainy days and eat it in the car without hesitation. I would guess it's crazy busy during baseball games but we've not experienced that yet.... My personal favorite is the cheesecake flavor! I also love that they have Dole Whip (very hard to find in some areas). If you've not tried Dole Whip, you should definitely give it a whirl. We are slightly relieved we don't live nearby or we'd probably eat this every single day!!!“

“Great service, always happily interacting with customers. Never had a dish that was bad weather eat in or take out. Like the new feature of the photo menu, most people eat with there eyes. It great to be able to see a picture of the dish before ordering. I think the price to food ratio is about average to slightly above average (with the portion being large and price low) compared to other restaurants in the area.“

“Jerry, our server, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable! I don't normally remember a server's name after I leave there but his I do. There were five of us. Everyone was satisfied with their meal. My husband said the burger he had there was in the top five burgers he's ever had and has entire life. You can get a flight of craft soda which was really cool.“

“The food at SPoT is good, if a bit on the expensive side. I was very fond of the egg breakfast sandwich when I could afford to go here more often. The only thing I would suggest avoiding is their brewed coffee, as it is the strongest and most bitter coffee I have personally ever tasted. The staff is great and the atmosphere is lovely, but you have to keep in mind that its going to cost.“

“They seated us ten minutes before closing their doors with 4 kids out late after a day at the water park. The service was fantastic and the food was great. We took home desert and we’re very glad we did. They made four hungry kids and a tired uncle very happy“

“My wife and I got takeout, and we have also dined in here before.I’d say both experiences were pretty good.I would highly recommend the barbecue pulled pork mac & cheese, that was really good.We ordered tenders and a pepperoni pizza for takeout.The tenders and pizza were pretty good, they weren’t crazy good, but weren’t bad as well.. if that makes sense.We had a good experience dining in as well, it was pretty laid-back.The only thing I wasn’t too crazy about was parking. Finding a parking spot in downtown glens Falls, especially during peak hours sucks. “Everything was superb! It was our first time there since my daughter and I just moved from Ohio in December. My sister was in from Ohio so we decided to hit the Barnsider for dinner. We can't wait to go back in nicer weather so we can dine on the patio! Excellent restaurant!“
