“A few years ago, I was hired to write a series of articles about regional Italian cuisine. Since then, I have been looking for traditional Italian gelato. Until yesterday, I have been consistently disappointed. But this? It was absolutely EVERYTHING I had dreamed about. The prices weren't ridiculous, the bathroom was PRISTINE, the staff were helpful and friendly and it was incredibly, amazingly delicious. My only complaint is that I live too far away from your stores to get it very often. But about that? My hips are less upset about the distance. :) I will definitely be back, though!“

“I have went to many froyo store but this one takes the cake the store is always very clean and organized, the best thing about this store is the staff they are all very welcoming, one of the girl helped me open the door when I was having difficulty and they are very sweet to little kids always assisting them with amazing manners they are the sweetest and I can see that all the staff focus on cleanliness of their toppings and the way they deal with their products I definitely recommend this place

“Great ice cream with really unique flavors. Pricing is also pretty decent. The only hang up is the extremely long lines. While the wait time is annoying and would have made this rating 3-4 stars, I have noticed the lovely Spanish lady on Saturday is pretty quick and does her best to serve everyone in a timely manner. Even with it being as busy as it is she always pleasant and wears a smile.“

“Can’t beat an ice cream shop with 50 years of history, friendly staff, ample portions, and sensible pricing. It’s a gem that is well worth a stop when you’re in the area. I went with pumpkin (so nice to see it) and vanilla chocolate chip on my most recent, and they were smooth and fluffy. A delight.“

“I walked in to this beautiful establishment and I could not figure what out what I wanted. This establishment offers so many different types of choices it’s hard to keep up with all of them. I asked one of the employees what her favorite yogurt flavor was. When asked she said that she likes all of them and would love to help me to a sample. “This has to be one of the best-named ice cream stores I have ever encountered: inviting, memorable, potent. Those adjectives apply to its ice creams, too, which come in all sorts of intriguing flavors. The consistency leans toward the icier end of the spectrum, but that is nice sometimes, refreshing. I went with fried apple pie, and I did not regret it. Intriguingly, all the ice cream was pre-scooped, which makes it easy to grab and go. I hope they expand. We need this kind of invention in more places!“

“I frequent this location often with my children because my toddler LOVES their pistachio ice cream. She convinced me to try it and it really is that good. My favorite from this store is the coffee ice cream. Hits everytime. The store is very small but always looks clean. There’s not much organization when it comes to the line so they usually just ask “who’s next”. All workers that I’ve interacted with have been pleasant. I’ve never had a negative interaction with a worker so I’d say their customer service is great.

Parking: A lot of people double park. It’s paid metered parking and spots are usually taken.“

“Located in Tangram mall, this Matcha Cafe Maiko location is a great stop for a sweet treat. They have a couple kiosks where you can order at, and service is relatively quick considering how popular it can get.

They have a variety of matcha and other Asian drinks and cold desserts. Every month, they also have specialty flavors. When I went, I got their matcha and lychee parfait while my friend got their matcha soft serve. The parfait had so many different kinds of toppings and the portion was generous. Love their soft serve and I will definitely be coming back. (Their quality is also pretty consistent across locations!)“

“Had a great experience at the Lynbrook TCBY store! Brad, the friendly staff member behind the counter, went above and beyond to make our visit special. He kindly offered us samples of any flavor we wanted, which helped us decide on the perfect frozen yogurts. His warm smile and excellent customer service made my lunch break even sweeter. I met up with my wife and daughter there, and Brad made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. If you're lucky enough to catch him on Tuesdays or Thursdays (his days in the store), make sure to say hi - you won't be disappointed!“

“Came in on a Friday at noon - the interior was welcoming and clean. I ordered the La Callejera and it was delicious! Service was quick and very nice. Portion was big for me - ended up eating half and will be eating other half for dinner. Would definitely come in again. Order total was about 21 for the torta and a Mexican coke.“
