“The only issue I have with this Dunkin is that the workers don’t even acknowledge a person when they come inside. A quick “hello we will be right with you” goes a long way! Being ignored by the Dunkin staff when I work in healthcare with people all day long is probably one of the most annoying ways to start my morning. Not to mention putting my walk in mobile order by the drive thru station and then ignoring me for 20 minutes….. DO BETTER AND BE BETTER TO THOSE YOU ARE SERVING. EVERYONE deserves a hello and Heaven forbid a smile.“

“I finally made it out to Heidi Ho Donuts (we live two blocks away, no excuses). I will be back on a weekly basis. I bought half a dozen donuts, and they were each light, delicate, not a heavy hand w/ the sugar which I love, and the flavors were so interesting. Highly recommend! Absolutely delicious.“

“Nice place for the quick cup of joe or a bite to eat on the road. There are plenty of Dunkins in the city of Oswego personally I believe 3 to be too many but "America Runs on Dunkin ". Good service quality coffee about what you'd expect from a Dunkin.“

“I go through the drive thru everyday around the same time for a regular order-on-the-go. There has been several occasions when the staff will bring me my order while I’m waiting in line so I can get on my way!! The coffee is always delightful especially during pumpkin season. Great way to start my day!!“

“I ordered through the app. Fast and friendly through the drive through. A pet peeve, but also safety concern, seen employee at window handle cash and food with same gloves on and wear same gloves for multiple orders. Glad I didn't order food this time. Four or more employees were sitting outside the back of the store smoking and talking loudly. My coffee was made as ordered on the app.“
