“I always have came to this cold stone, I never felt sparked to write an review until yesterday. It was a nice Friday busy night as expected for an ice cream place so granted the line was long. There were three people working in the front and they were all so pleasant, the girl who helped served me looked new because she asked questions to the others. They jumped up to help her, it was nice to see an environment where kids look happy to work. The young lady who was new served me. She was very nice kept a smile on her face, and added things no problem upon request. This place has upped their customer service. Love it.“

Loved the place, the layout and open space of the sitting area, the way they have their cakes placed inside the fridge, not overcrowded and are able to appreciate the beauty of the cakes. Everything looked amazing and very clean. I really recommend Leonetti to anyone in the area or just passing by!“

I was introduced to this spot by a friend, and I’ll admit my expectations were low when I heard the cakes didn’t use eggs. But after one bite, I was completely won over. My absolute favorite is their butterscotch cake. It’s rich, flavorful, and perfectly moist. These cakes are so popular that slices often sell out quickly, so I highly recommend reserving ahead of time if you want to guarantee your pick.

Even their cookies are tasty, though I do think they’re a bit pricier for the quantity you get. Still, the cakes are definitely the star of the show and worth every penny.“

“We had the best experience ever with this bakery - the cake was included in our venue pricing through this bakery, and I can definitely see why! Working with Alison to schedule and have our tasting, which was just down right fun...(because of COVID we had to take our samples home... and she loaded us up with some extras to share with friends) to showing her our vision for the cake on the day of, and then actually SEEING and EATING it at our wedding was perfect all the way through. They really incorporated everything we asked for, and it was simply delicious!!! We even asked for an extra birthday cupcake for our nephew to have on the day of the wedding, and they made it sooo cute! (wish I could figure out how to add a picture here... It was SO pretty!!!)“

“This is my go to bakery for all of my events, whether it’s Eid, birthdays, casual gatherings. Their desserts are so unique and taste amazing. I usually order their mini shooters and their pistachio tres leches, and/or lotus biscoff 3 milk cakes for my events. For the first time, I asked them to make a custom made cake, and provided them with a photo of it. I was so shocked by how it looked the same as my AI-generated example! It's a Coldstone Creamery, you know what you're getting into.

But the staff is exceptional, we'd been here more than a few times and always had great ice-cream. My keys stopped working and me and my fiancé were locked out of our car late at night in sub 20 below weather. The manager attempted to help us open the car, gave us shelter, and was so kind and supportive. They moved a bench inside for us, checked in and offered so much. They took care of us in more ways than not after an already long and hard day.

Outside of being a good place to get ice cream, I think any locals should support these people as much as possible.“

“I come here some Wednesdays for the BOGO soft serve. The same two guys are always here and they are always very polite and helpful. Some days there are crowds of kids or families waiting to be served and they still provide good service. I love Carvel in general and this is a good location, very reliable. Parking can be iffy if there isn't anything open on the street but you may just need to find something residential or a block or so away and walk.“

There’s a girl who usually works by herself in the mornings and she handles everything so quickly while still being attentive and welcoming. The ice cream is always filled to the top and so pretty when I come. Love this location, super clean and friendly staff.“
