“I've eaten here for years and never had any real complaints. But this last time was disappointing. The portion and flavor of chicken curry I got was good. But the sauce was more watery and thin than usual and the most disappointing was the naan. Normally that is my favorite part, but this time not only is the naan half the size but you can tell its from a package and not homemade. The old one you could tell was made fresh and cooked in the proper way and it was twice as big. If im paying $20 for an entree portion I at least expect the bread to be fresh and not pre packaged. Especially when I can spend a little more than half anywhere else in the food court for the same amount and food and it would include a drink.“

“Went to Spice Village for lunch today. At that time of day the restaurant felt cold and looked a little dreary. We were about to leave when the owner Naresh came over with some welcoming bread. He was friendly and very welcoming. My daughter and I decided to stay. We ordered the vegetable samosas and chef specials yogurt chicken from the appetizer menu and as our main dish we had the butter chicken with garlic nan. Glad we stayed. Everything we had was quite delicious.“

“I had a wonderful experience at this Indian restaurant! The atmosphere is warm and friendly, making it a perfect spot for gatherings. When the staff learned that we were celebrating a birthday luncheon, they kindly paused the music during our cake cutting and even played the "Happy Birthday" song on the big screen. Such a thoughtful touch! The veg platter/thali was delicious, and I highly recommend trying the masala chai as it's a must! Overall, I give this place a well deserved 5 stars!“

“We are true Indian FOODIES!! Our whole family loves Indian food. We have tried every Indian restaurant from Long Island & parts of Florida! Kiran Palace is the Best!!!! I am so happy they have finally brought back their LUNCH BUFFET!!! They did it in such a way that no one else does, they have the buffet table set up & bring out tandoori chicken as well as other dishes FRESH to your table as much as you want so these dishes don’t become dried out or soggy!! ALSO, they change different dishes every day, so we usually go twice a week & it’s always fresh!!! The staff is super friendly & makes us always welcome! They even have their buffet on weekends! They are closed on Tuesday. In case I haven’t said enough, WE LOVE KIRAN PALACE!!!“

“WOW. i am not disappointed with my order. i ordered off doordash after not having indian food for 3 years and i am blown away. the portion is good, i got it delivered to me hot and fresh, their chicken tikka masala is so flavorful and it has the right amount of spice. the naan is so soft and goes perfectly with the chicken tikka masala, and their rice is amazing as well. this has to be one of my favorite indian food spots right now and would order from them again!! thank you so much .“

Waiter offered up a different chicken dish than we were originally going to order., the Malai Kabab... it was top shelf, melt in your mouth, marinated chicken at its finest. “Hands down the absolute best Indian restaurant on Long Island. The Port Washington (I believe original) location is a very close second. The food is consistently outstanding. The portions are larger than other restaurant’s and containers are overflowing.

It does not specify that each entree comes with rice (don’t worry it does). Prices at this point are very comparable to other places where you will get less. Don’t sleep on this experience!“
