“My experience start out not so great! I was in the second drive up and they were taking orders from the same side not switching. I had to say hello a few times but once I got my chicken sandwich and fries. I couldn't be mad, it was hot and delicious!“

“I got the kabob chicken over basmati rice with a salad. The portion was huge, so was able to get two meals out of it. The salad was dressed perfectly with just the right amount of dressing so it wasn't drowning, but all coated nicely. I especially liked the cheese over it, which melted slughtly being packed together with the rice& chicken. The chicken was browned nicely and the rice was firm yet tender with the grains not stuck together at all. It was aromatic and yummy! The service was friendly and I would definitely order from them again.“

“I have been visiting this Chick-fil-A on East Ridge Road regularly for breakfast and sometimes for lunch, and I am honestly impressed every single time.

The restaurant is always clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff is kind, professional, respectful, and attentive. You can tell there is strong training, good leadership, and a positive team culture at this location.

This has not been a one-time experience. I have visited several times, and the quality of the food, the cleanliness, and the customer service have been consistently excellent.

“I love Peruvian food, so I was excited about this place since there are no Peruvian restaurants in Rochester. We ordered the Machu Bowl and the Peruvian Rotisserie Half chicken meal. Great flavors! I loved the chicken and ají verde sauce. 💚 Unfortunately, the rice was undercooked. It was well-seasoned but probably needed about 8-10 minutes more of cooking. I'd return again for another meal.“

The woman who took our order was named Trisha (I hope I am spelling it correctly), but she was an absolute sweetheart! My friend's card had been acting up and Trisha decided to cover her order! Now I know that there is still amazing people out there like her because that act of kindness made our day! I don't think I have ever seen anyone actually do that kind of thing for someone in my life! All the workers were just amazing, and even though they were very busy during their lunch rush they were kind to every single customer! Now I know that not every time you go somewhere that someone would do that for you, but Trisha didn't waste a second and decided to help us out! “This is my go to fast food chain. I like the specials and overall food. The place was busy with a group of kids from a sport event so didn't stay hot food to go. Not always the cleanest place at this location but I think it is because the are busy and understaffed.“

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was lively, welcoming, and well put together. The place has a great energy to it without feeling chaotic, which is not easy to pull off in a chain setting. The food was genuinely impressive—fresh, well-prepared, and clearly made with some pride.

What really stood out, though, was the service. The young staff—college kids, around 19—handled themselves like seasoned professionals. Friendly, attentive, and sharp. No attitude, no distractions, just solid, genuine hospitality. They paid attention to the details and made the experience feel personal, not scripted.

Bottom line: strong food, great atmosphere, and service that punches above its weight. This is how a chain restaurant should operate. I’ll be back.“

“The store is very clean and typically everyone who works there is great. The estimated times of subs to be done aren’t always accurate. Sometimes we go in and the subs are done. Other times we go in and we have to wait or watch while our subs get made. Not very long but if something says it should be ready by 5:25, not being ready for 10 minutes after that time is a bit extreme. It seemed as though everyone who had ordered through the app right around when we did had to wait for their orders to be made.“
