“great shakes and and great ice creams with lots of flavors that I would highly recommend it. I wouldn't give it 5 stars because there's no seating as the whole indoor space is taken up by freezers. I think better stand up freezer to reduce floor space and make seating available would really improve the image of the place and for people who want to come there. I definitely want to have more of their shakes more often!“

“Among the best dessert on this side of Jamaica. So many options! From Belgian waffles to bubble style, crepes stuffed or glazed donuts, cones, cups, etc to start. Then you get to the ice cream, signature options, my goodness. Absolutely superb. Service was friendly even at midnight and with a long line! The staff was patient, attentive and seem like they enjoy what they do. The spot itself is very clean, limited seating but what you would expect at a dessert spot. You would not be disappointed.“

“There is not much that differentiates one carvel from another product-wise. However, the awesome customer service and friendly staff is what makes this one shine. We have a peanut allergy in the family and have never had an issue either.They also do a phenomenal job decorating cakes. 10/10 would recommend :)“

“I always purchased churros for my brother from here and I had to try the milkshakes! I've had 2 this week and they were delicious!! (S'mores and Brownie Milkshake) There's so many flavor combos to choose from. The young lady who works there is always friendly and the place is spotless. She's a master at that milkshake machine. I blinked and it was ready. Definitely a hidden gem here in Larchmont. My co workers at Larchmont Public Library are definitely going to give this place a try after being super jealous of me walking in w my mixed enerJy shake. ????

We reserved a table for Valentines Day and had a wonderful meal consisting of crab cakes, fried shrimp, French fries, vegetables and, for dessert, fresh homemade strawberry shortcake – reservations are rarely needed! “It’s not just Wednesday is Sundae at Carvel .. any day is great for a Sundae ! Was given a sample cup of the Strawberry Soft Serve because I said I had never had it before .. it was amazing. Had my favorite on this night though .. Chocolate ice cream with Strawberry topping and whipped cream on top. Great service here !“

My favorite has been the acai bowl, but you really can't go wrong with their cream or water ices. Their banana shake is just as delightful as any of their other specialty shakes and ice creams. “I had such an amazing experience at Ralph’s Ice Cream, and it’s all thanks to Mia! From the moment I got to there she greeted me with the warmest smile and made me feel like a valued customer right away. Even though there was a bit of a line she stayed calm, upbeat, and professional the entire time. She handled each order with care and patience, making sure everyone got exactly what they wanted without ever seeming rushed or overwhelmed.When it was my turn, I had a few specific requests for my order and Mia didn’t hesitate or get annoyed like some people might. Instead she listened carefully, gave great suggestions, and made sure everything came out perfect. The way she took the time to double-check and make my treat exactly the way I like it showed how much pride she takes in her job. On top of that, she kept such a positive vibe that it made the whole experience even better something you don’t always get at places that are super busy.
Honestly, workers like Mia are rare. She goes above and beyond just taking orders she creates a whole experience that makes customers want to come back. “After ordering the stores internet went down and I didn’t have cash to pay. We tried doing an online order so I could pay for my food but that didn’t work either. I guess their internet was down. To my surprise, The worker was kind enough to give me the food without charge!! “I teach at the local high school and we recently had Ralph’s cater our Junior Prom. They only required a few days advanced notice and provided a great price. Drop off and pick up was excellent; I had forgotten to ask for spoons and they went and picked them up for me!

In prior years, we’d paid 4x as much for an ice cream truck, but the kids liked the Ralph’s way more. They are great for individual orders but are also great for catering; give them a try!“

“Its always difficult finding a chocolate flavor and at the time I went they had it! They have two vegan flavors at a time. Today was a fruity pomegranate and the other was a chocolate. You can call them and ask when they have currently. Im pleasantly surprised someone picked up“

“The shop is clean, presentation is good and workers are nice. I would have liked to see more fresh cut fruit available as toppings. For flavors, I had the pistachio, Italian tart and white chocolate mousse. The pistachio was the best out of the three. Growing up, my mom and I would get the white chocolate mousse at a local TCBY and it was the best. This did not taste like I remembered which was a little disappointing, but I am referring to over twenty years ago. I wouldn’t be surprised if they changed the recipe.“
