“great shakes and and great ice creams with lots of flavors that I would highly recommend it. I wouldn't give it 5 stars because there's no seating as the whole indoor space is taken up by freezers. I think better stand up freezer to reduce floor space and make seating available would really improve the image of the place and for people who want to come there. I definitely want to have more of their shakes more often!“

“I wanted cheesecake bites and had called over the phone to tell them to include it since uber eats didn’t have it as an option, however the man told me they ran out. After we got off the phone I guess he went to the back just to to double check and realized he had a little extra left and went out of his way to scoop out whatever was left in the back to give to me. He even went out of his way to write a note on the bag. Whoever this was, just know we appreciated it so much! “I always purchased churros for my brother from here and I had to try the milkshakes! I've had 2 this week and they were delicious!! (S'mores and Brownie Milkshake) There's so many flavor combos to choose from. The young lady who works there is always friendly and the place is spotless. She's a master at that milkshake machine. I blinked and it was ready. Definitely a hidden gem here in Larchmont. My co workers at Larchmont Public Library are definitely going to give this place a try after being super jealous of me walking in w my mixed enerJy shake. ????

“Ralph’s Famous Italian Ices on Union Turnpike in Glen Oaks is my go to spot for a sweet treat, especially during the warmer months. With over 60 flavors, there’s truly something for everyone, from classic water ices to rich creme options.

Personally, I think their crème ices are the way to go cause of the smooth, flavorful, and totally nostalgic. Whether you’re into fruity, chocolatey, or somewhere in between, they’ve got you covered.

The service at this location is great. Friendly and efficient, even when the lines get long during peak summer hours. The ambiance is very relaxed, but just keep in mind that there’s no seating, it’s strictly takeout.

Also, note that this Ralph’s is seasonal, so make sure to get your fix while it’s open!

“After ordering the stores internet went down and I didn’t have cash to pay. We tried doing an online order so I could pay for my food but that didn’t work either. I guess their internet was down. To my surprise, The worker was kind enough to give me the food without charge!! I believe the system on how they take orders for customers is designed to create a line so other potential customers will see & think what's going on over there. I believe it's a strategic advertising moving that comes at the expense of good people who just want to get the ices or ice cream & go home back to their respective lives. I truly hope that they read this post & think we have an excellent product that sells itself. we do not need to take this approach to get other potential customers to come to our establishment. “A little place on a busy road that only takes cash. But the flavor choices are incredible. My goto flavor is cotton candy. Depending on the size ordered, you can mix flavors. They have water ice, cream ice, ice cream, drinks, plus more. Counter people are excellent. They know exactly where to go for each flavor.
The only complaint is that it's cash only, but that keeps the line moving.“
