“Love this place for a nice dinner. It’s great for a dinner date or even with family. The drinks are great. I love their blue lemonade. You can’t go wrong with any of them! The service and food are delicious. I usually have their cheese mofongo. Niurka is the best hostess. She’s very attentive. They even had a live band when I went tonight.“

“Very good Lechonera, flavor is one of the best. Wait time was about an hour as owner is the cook, server and cashier all in one. Lots of characters while we waited outside. Owner is very friendly and pricing is fair for what you get. Be aware that the trailer where he serves is old and not the neatest and he doesn’t wear gloves while serving and taking your cash, but if that doesn’t bother you, then it’s worth it.“

“Sobro Garden is amazing, and it’s only a block away from us! My husband and I order from here all the time, and honestly, everything is so good. Prices are pretty solid too.
We’ve also gotten catering from them for a few small gatherings, and it’s always been a hit—our guests love it. The food is always on point.
So glad they opened up in the neighborhood! If they keep feeding us this well, we’re definitely going to gain a few pounds, haha. Totally worth it though.“

“This is a take out spot...just like a Chinese restaurant, so in my opinion there should be a category for this as atmosphere shouldn't be a thing for take out spots.
Lechon was amazing. The skin was super crunchy, the meat was so juicy. Make sure you order MOJO on the slide since they won't put it in top.
Morcilla was "por encima de los guandules"...delicious and not overkilled with rice. I had to travel from Queens to get this as we don't have these foods here.“

“By coming here, you put aside all snobby expectations and your mission is only to have some real bomb @ss food. Bro I cannot put into words how good and real it is. Both kinds of alcapurria here (banana and yuka) to start and follow with anything else. The ladys are nice but try to know some Spanish.“

“Great food and service. Just moved here in the area and all I want is Spanish good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything’s well done and juicy! (Pause) I recommend boneless chicken, white rice, red beans and salad. In the morning mungu, cheese, salami and eggs or a sandwich.“

“The restaurant is excellent. I’ve eaten here 5 times with family and friends and it has been extraordinary great.
My favorites are the churrasco and the ropa vieja.
Service is excellent and one of the original waitresses is still working there.

“I was looking for cuchifritos, Puerto Rican fritters because I wanted greasy food, went to a place called El Chevere in Harlem 2000 3rd Ave and found Hay Bendito! Instead not sure if they changed the name but it didn’t look as clean as the pictures I saw for El Chevere. Anyway I ordered food and must say the pastelillos were good. The Bacalaito was way too oily, alcapuria was okay but they don’t make alcapurias de guineo. The pionono was okay. Not sure if I would come back. I felt bamboozled by the name.“

“My very first time at this location, and I can say that I was totally impressed with the customer service that we experienced. We were a party of 15, and we were very well taken care of by our server, Samantha. The drinks were decent, the food was so fresh and very well prepared, we all were satisfied with the service and quickness of our orders all food is made fresh to order, they also have a bar area a lounge area where hookahs are located, overall experience and atmosphere was cool calm and collective dj was doing his thing on the 1 & 2s. I definitely recommend it, and I will definitely revisit.thank you, Samantha, and the staff at Olivia's we appreciate you all.“

“One of my favorite places to eat but with food services like Uber becoming less helpful to those of us who eat there. The food is very brutal with delicious things from the island.
