“Every time I visit the farm is always a pleasant experience. Today I got a lobster roll and pesto pasta it was delicious. I have gotten their carrot cake, apple cider donuts , apple crisp and cookies that I would highly recommend trying . It is a small farm comparing to other farms i visited but for a quick bite and a quick stroll this is it . They also have a small gift store upstairs that I have bought gift from during the holidays .“

Isthere honestly anything this place can’t do? Every time I come here, I leave more impressed than the last.

I already shop weekly at their local farm stand, which is phenomenal on its own and something I highly recommend to anyone in the Hudson Valley, but the brewery experience itself is on another level. The current atmosphere is already beautiful, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed, and hearing about the new location being built on the farm makes it even more exciting. From what I’ve seen and heard, it looks elegant, ambitious, and truly impressive while still keeping that authentic Hudson Valley charm.

The beer selection is outstanding with constantly rotating options that are always fresh, creative, and perfectly brewed. Whether you’re deep into craft beer or just looking for something enjoyable in a great setting, Obercreek delivers every single time. The indoor and outdoor seating both have amazing appeal, and when there’s live music, the whole place comes alive in such a fun and relaxing way.

And then there’s NightShed Pizza. Cameron and the team are absolutely crushing it. The pizzas are made with incredibly fresh, high-quality ingredients that genuinely elevate every bite. You can taste the care and craftsmanship behind the food. One piece of advice, order quickly because it sells out fast for a reason. The demand speaks for itself.

“Stayed in Putnam Valley and stumbled across this gem! The food is EXCEPTIONAL! We ate there nearly every day of our stay and it was fantastic! We got all kinds of pizza (WHICH WAS SOOOOOO GOOD AND ADDICTING) and wings (wings were SO CRISPY AND HOT AND JUICY)! But the best part of the place is the family atmosphere. We came all the way from Florida and they showed us such hospitality! Cousin Nino is family now for sure! “Quite simply the best cider selection I've seen. I'd just missed a cider tasting (they'd sampled 70 different ciders!) but Gennaro still took the time to walk me through some amazing ciders even though they were cleaning up from the event.

Tried a bunch of amazing ciders and walked away with a few bottles of Aaron Burr (my favorite and very hard to find these days), an amazing wine-like cider from Eden, and an easy drinking rose cider from Black Diamond.

There's a great selection of unique wines and spirits, too, but I was so overwhelmed by the cider selection that I didn't really take all of it in. Did I mention they have something like a dozen taps of cider for growler fills?“

Since The Beacon Daily typically does not offer direct delivery for a la carte orders, I explained that this lunch was part of a very important three day celebration and that everything needed to be handled with extra care.
