“Great customer service, especially from Haifa — she was very friendly and welcoming. The portions were generous, and the food was fresh. The only thing I’d suggest is improving the seasoning a bit, but overall it’s a great place to eat and I’ll definitely be back!“

“10 out of 10!
Falafel House is truly a gem. The crispy chicken shawarma was superb—perfectly crispy, incredibly juicy, and bursting with flavor. It honestly felt like eating in the Middle East; the food is that authentic. We enjoyed it so much that we ordered two—one for me and one for my son.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and their restaurant. The place itself is spotless and beautifully decorated, which makes the whole experience even better.
Falafel House is an easy 10/10 in every way. Highly recommended!“

“Super tasty? My brother and I came, clean restaurant, super tasty food. I consider myself to be an expert in Yemen Cuisine and this place was A1. Top notch. The best of the best. We got the FAHSA, super good tender lamb, seasoned to perfection and tender. The kofta kabab sandwich is made fresh to order and absolutely is GAS.
This spot is pure gas.“
“Great place to shop! A huge variety of items that cover East Asian, West Asian, Middle Eastern and African cuisines. I found exotic ingredients and products I never saw before. The produce is fresh and varied. I found fresh green almonds, cousa and the baby eggplants that are needed to make makdouss.
The only issue I had was getting help at the bakery counter. I needed to get Baklawa from the glass case and it is only allowed to employees. There is no employee stationed behind the bakery counter. It took long to wait for a cashier to be free to come and help me with getting my Baklawa order pulled out of the case and packaged into a carry-out container. The same situation happened at the meat counter. They have it set up so that there is no pre-packaged zabiha meat. One has NO CHOICE but to wait in line with all the other people, while two men work at a very slow pace to prepare the customer's orders one by one. I could see it was easily going to be a full hour wait for me. They really NEED to start making prepared packs of the zabiha chicken so customers can more quickly grab the pre-butchered meat; then the line would be only for customers who need their meat custom cut. Because of how long the wait was, I gave up and decided to buy zabiha meat elsewhere. I simply didn't have the time for that.
On the happy side, they sell whole legs of goat and sheep and lamb, meats that are difficult to find.“

“I never got a chance to go when it was Shwarma City, but Habibi did not disappoint.
The food was fast, tasty, and a good value. The lamb gyro wrap was well stuffed and seasoned, and they served it with the very addictive crispy fries.“

“We were looking for somewhere that didn’t have a bunch of fried foods or any typical fast food places, but still have a quick service option. We came one night and then immediately said we were coming back the next day, and we did! The chicken shawarma wrap was really good, but the beef shawarma wrap was DELICIOUS. Nice and fresh, not heavy on your stomach for walking around all day. We’d definitely come back for a 3rd time if we weren’t leaving today!“
“I drove all the way from Ontario after hearing great things about their tea — and it was absolutely worth it. The tea was excellent, the service was genuinely amazing, and the place itself has such a warm, welcoming vibe.
What really stood out is how family-friendly it is: they have board games for families, which makes it a great spot to relax and spend time together. There’s also a prayer room available, which I really appreciated.
Washrooms are clean, parking is available but limited, so keep that in mind. Overall, a fantastic experience and I’d definitely come back again.“
“Food was awesome. We had fatoush, falafel plate, and something like samosas - fried Phyllo dough like pockets of meat and spices - and Arabic coffee. Service was a little slow, but very friendly. A mix of people were in and out even during the after-lunch hour. There's a little sort of import store inside, which we poked around in but didn't buy anything. I'd like to see them expand the restaurant and start delivery on Skip the Dishes, I'd order every week. We're definitely going back soon.“
“We were looking for a specific kind of rice and this is where we could find it! We came here from NYC to buy this rice! Lol! Yes sounds crazy but my wife wanted this so I had to drive for her. This is a huge supermarket and they have halal meat as well. Also I saw they have goat meat if you are interested. The rice we were looking is called Anbar rice. Thanks.“

“Absolutely amazing! The staff was so friendly! The food was amazing! I got the pot roast on a kimmelweck hoagie. It was the BEST I’ve ever had! My girls got the steak sandwiches and they were so tender and seasoned well! The beer battered fish fry was amazing too! 11/10! Highly recommend“
