“Yemeni food in the heart of the Bronx. Authentic, flavorful and economical. We had the Lamb Haneeth, 10/10 and also had the hummus with meat 9/10. They start you off with broth soup & salad & the bread was perfect. Cost about $20 a person and we got a few cold drinks.“

“This place is beyond delicious. Better than 53rd, better than any halal restaurants in the area. This is the only shawarma I’ve tried in NY that tastes just like my homelands. The flavors are on point!! The meat and ingredients are very high quality. It’s a blessing to have a healthy take out spot that’s open late. “In a diverse city like New York, there are flavors from many countries. This is a Yemeni restaurant. Although the store is not big, it attracts many diners, perhaps just to taste different flavors. It may not pay much attention to hygiene, but the chef makes every dish with care, and I think their grilled fish rice is very delicious. Maybe it’s because I love fish….“

I recommend the fish, the lamb and chicken over rice and whatever you order, make sure you add their famous falafel . You'll love how that present the falafel, on your dish ?

Vegetarian options: I tried the veggie burger. Seeing how I'm not a vegetarian and enjoyed it, that should tell you how good it was.“

“This kosher (under supervision of VHQ) catering hall does events like organizational dinner, bar and bat mitzvah parties and events like that. The hall seats maybe 110 people.

The basement has three tables, making it appropriate for affairs up to about 30 people. Food is very good. The atmosphere and service is ok.“

“I LOVE Naya. Great for vegans just beware that the rice isn’t vegan.

There’s a huge problem though. It was supposed to close at 9:00 like every tu ing else in the mall. B it I went at 8:45 and they were cleaning up and said they couldn’t serve me. I love Naya but I was so upset because there was no other vegan friendly places around. Every single other restaurant was open at 8:45. I just know that they’re supposed to be open and serving customers until 9pm. Whatever manager needs to fix that please.“
