I ordered oxtail stew with roasted pork, and a side of shrimp salad/ceviche (the texture and flavors are on point). High quality food, good tasting, cooked with a lot of heart! The kind the your grandma makes. They even make the hot sauce in house… I really liked the mild green one, but the red spicy one is great as well! I think they do catering as well… I’m super excited about this find!“

“The place is simple and unpretentious. The Persian soups are delicious. The cake was amazing. Owners are hard working, older generation and old fashioned but they certainly know how to bake. They custom designed a cake for me with an amazing decoration. The cake tasted fresh five full days after the purchase. It was rich and delicious. I highly recommend it.“

“I was so excited to spend my birthday at Leticia's. The food and service were fine, and the atmosphere seemed lively enough, but the night ended in total heartbreak. My husband had specifically arranged for a sweet birthday surprise—a simple dessert and a song—and the hostess completely forgot. Watching the night end in absolute silence without even a mention of my birthday was devastating. It completely ruined what should have been a special moment. Remind the hostess or server several times about anything special you want yo do.“

The mango-based cakes are the most consistent thing here. They’re light, creamy, and built around fresh fruit rather than overly heavy frosting, which makes them easy to finish even after a full meal. The matcha cake also works well, leaning more milky than bitter, with a soft sponge that holds its structure without feeling dry. The pork floss cakes are one of the more interesting savory-sweet options, and they’re better than expected if you’re used to standard bakery versions since they don’t go overboard on sweetness.

The croissants and egg tarts are solid supporting items rather than the main reason to come. The croissants are flaky with a noticeable butter layer, and the egg tarts are best when eaten warm since the custard tightens up when cold. “I go every Monday with my husband , we love this place , the front guy desk with glasses I don’t know his name but he is so amazing he is one of the kind me and my husband loves going there because of how he is treating us nice and good customer service , my husband is a police officer and I’m a teacher so we only get 1 once a week to go on a date and every week on Monday we go to curry N wok because it’s so awesome , the food so amazing too , customer service amazing , I love the DoSa , pakora with their amazing tea , also their sambar Veda super super amazing , this place it’s my go to . “I’m literally writing this while I’m still sitting here because these guys deserve a shout-out. I’ve been to a bunch of Dave’s Hot Chicken spots, and this is easily the best one.

I was having a nightmare with the app, and Mohammed took the lead helping me figure the whole thing out. He was patient, never rushed me, and made sure everything was taken care of. Ahnaf was very helpful too, and both of them were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience.

The whole staff has been awesome. If you’re trying to decide which Dave’s Hot Chicken to go to, make it the 188th Street location in Queens. I’ll definitely be back.“

“The food was so delicious! I’m so thankful because I was having a terrible day and really needed something fresh.

The spanakopita slice was huge and came with lemon potatoes! The filling for the spanakopita was stuffed and the pastry was so flaky. I was actually contemplating ordering a side of the lemon potatoes but decided not to, so I was so happy to see them included with the spanakopita. The potato’s were sooo flavorful. The tzatziki had plenty of fresh cucumber and tasted amazing! I also got the lamb gyro, which is only $11 on Uber Eats… definitely a fair price. It was flavorful and packed with veggies and lamb. I thought the portions were perfect, and everything tasted great. I even have enough left over for another meal later. I will say the food was a little on the salty side, but I love sodium lol. Thank you guys for making me such a delicious meal!“

“I’m a photographer and absolutely love visiting Youngs Farm to photograph the beautiful flowers on their property. The grounds are always so well maintained, making it such a lovely place to visit and photograph.
Their store is wonderful and has such a great variety of goodies. The prices are a little on the expensive side, but the quality of the products more than makes up for it. Their soups and breads are delicious, and their buttercup cupcakes are absolutely amazing!
I always enjoy shopping there whenever I visit. To top it all off, everyone is so kind, welcoming, and friendly. Youngs Farm is truly one of my favorite places to visit, and I highly recommend it!“

“The food was great and the staff was very patient, considering the fact that one of the individuals on my table was very loud and we sat for quite a while after finishing our meal. I did see them checking on us and I know the moved a patron away from us, but they never made us feel uncomfortable and for that I am grateful - I know my guest was a louder than usual friend. Thank you for being patient and accommodating. Food portions are big and delicious and their pancakes are really goo. I should've ordered more because everyone wanted my pancakes 🥞.
