“Ralph’s Famous Italian Ices on Union Turnpike in Glen Oaks is my go to spot for a sweet treat, especially during the warmer months. With over 60 flavors, there’s truly something for everyone, from classic water ices to rich creme options.

Personally, I think their crème ices are the way to go cause of the smooth, flavorful, and totally nostalgic. Whether you’re into fruity, chocolatey, or somewhere in between, they’ve got you covered.

The service at this location is great. Friendly and efficient, even when the lines get long during peak summer hours. The ambiance is very relaxed, but just keep in mind that there’s no seating, it’s strictly takeout.

We got a lot of bad reviews because this but they do not mentioned the issue but mentioned mistakes or some other things. Just want to explain we can only do standard milk shake. You get a cute reusable tote bag with your purchase. The place is quite spacious and very clean. There are other items on the menu without mango. Can’t understand why there were no other customers during our visit. Maybe it was the time of day or perhaps they need to market the Bayside location better. My favorite has been the acai bowl, but you really can't go wrong with their cream or water ices. Their banana shake is just as delightful as any of their other specialty shakes and ice creams.
