“Stopped in for an early dinner on a Saturday. It was quiet for a Saturday. The service was excellent and the food was outstanding. I hadn’t been there in a couple of years, so we decided to stop in. They usually have some terrific specials in addition to the menu. Patrick will always give great advice on what to try. My wife had a huge lobster roll and I had a panko encrusted baked cod. Both were specials and both were terrific. While it’s a bit out of the way, it’s a great spot. The deck is covered and overlooks the 18th green of the golf course. Very enjoyable.“

(You can imagine the extra burden on the restaurant and my simple ask of the possibility led to them always going out to their way to make sure my orders are gluten, dairy, onion and garlic free (and still just fricking amazing, 2 extra meals in leftovers). Their social media director (?) Is brilliant, and all their events, social engagement are impressive and I'm just thrilled to have this gem of an establishment here to patronize.“

“We had a group of 8 for brunch for my mother’s birthday and our server today was William. He was attentive, had great energy, and made fabulous suggestions for drinks. I will ask for him next time we come and if you’re able to request a server, request him. They were also very kind to put the football game on the tv. The food was great as always. “My favorite place in the area, as the food is always fresh and delicious! The portions are huge and Sal and his staff are amazing; he can come up with anything even if it’s not listed on the menu. They get busy with lunch rush from the hospital and still manage to get everyone in and out. I highly recommend their spicy falafel gyro! My daughter loves their chopped salmon and her best friend is obsessed with the chopped cheese sandwiches. It gives NYC deli vibes. I come here for lunch every week and have yet to leave unsatisfied. They have vegan options as well and there is something for everyone here.“

I went there recently before a show at Proctors, and unfortunately the kitchen was a little behind, and we did not have enough time to eat. “As a Taiwanese foodie, here are my little thoughts. The noodles in the beef noodle soup were too soft and mushy, and the broth lacked depth of flavor. The beef itself was nicely cooked and tender. The popcorn chicken was crispy, but I wish the chicken had used more five-spice powder when marinating it. The spicy wontons were tasty. Overall, the food was good, but the noodles and broth could use a bit more work.“

The staff was very friendly and accommodating for our party of six, never feeling put-off by the size of the party, and were kind enough to move some tables to make it all work. The food was DELICIOUS--great blueberry pancakes, eggs, breakfast potatoes, strawberry french toast, omelets, blueberry waffles, and more. “This place is amazing. I didn't know what to expect going in to the all you can eat restaurant. I was happily surprised that it's not buffet style. Servers and bussers. The restaurant is nicely styled and comfortable. The greeters and wait staff couldn't have been kinder or more professional. $28.99 is worth every penny just for that. The longest we had to wait between orders was no more than 5 minutes. The food was fresh, perfectly presented and absolutely delicious! I really can't find the superlatives to describe it. Everything combined made this experience one of the best outings I've ever had. I HIGHLY recommend this place.“

The building had previously been home to a bar called Mahars, which was one of the first craft beer bars in the country, before it was the cool thing to do. “I order almost all my teas from Whistling Kettle. Since I discovered them, I have turned into an addict for their Autumn Haze and Lemon Almond Panna Cotta teas. I have always been pretty selective about the teas I drink and this company goes above and beyond with their blends and choices. Their packaging and shipping is also first class! Please make one more batch of Autumn Haze this season so I can buy you out till next year's.“

The entertainment on weekends are nothing that I have experienced anywhere else.

Mr. Ventura is always polite, attentive and accommodating. The staff are as well! Really giving you that welcoming hometown coffee shop feeling.

Considering I drive 30 minutes out of my way to grab a bite to eat. That should say enough about how delicious the food is. But if I must, the food is just as excellent! The Love Salad is my favorite! They also have gluten free options!

“We just stopped in for dinner for tye first time since the grand re-opening and I can confirm that the food is absolutely just as excellent as it was before the tragic explosion that closed the restaurant for what seems like forever! And the new building and seating are far superior to those in the prior incarnation. Sonya and her family have done it again! For us, Pad Thai Noodle is an essential fixture in the restaurant scene of the Capital District. Their Green Curry (my favorite) and the signature Pad Thai (my wife’s fave) are simply unmatched around here. Highly and unreservedly recommended.“
