To be sure, is it as good as say, Le Bernardin or Jean Georges? Of course not. But you'll get a first-class dining experience for probably half the price, without the hassle of traffic and parking.“
“This is the second time we have been there. Both experiences were very good. the wait staff was attentive and friendly. The restaurant was fairly quiet but we were there for an early dinner. This time we ordered the mixed grill for two. Included were American rib lamb chops, shrimp, sausage, and meatballs. It was delicious and there was plenty of it. The soup of the day was a carrot soup, very tasty. we finished with tea and coffee as there was no room for dessert. We'll definitely go back.“

Both the pork chop and roasted chicken (usually my favorite) entrees were dry and skimpy and the salad as a starter was tiny. We definitely got hit with a dose of "shrinkflation".“

However, I am a vegetarian and there was next to nothing, besides salads and pizza to eat. Not even a pasta dish. So that was disappointing. They have a fairly substantial menu, I think they need to adjust it and add some meatless options. My wife had the porkchops and loved them. The service was very good as well. I would return, I just wouldn't go super hungry so that a few sides would do the trick. Lovely ambiance. I recommend overall.“

I. borrowed their cart to do a bouquet bar that turned out to be a hit with everyone. The shower was everything the bride to be had hoped for. We had a kid who had fries and someone who had a soup special and buffalo wings (they ate before getting there). No cocktails, 4 sodas; that's gratuity included. Overall, the ambiance is great, right by the train, across from the waters, plenty of parking.“

Everything was hot and fresh which has never happened for me :) they have great vegan options and the staff acknowledges what is vegan and what isn’t. One time I ordered onion rings and said I was vegan and they wrote a kind note letting me know they weren’t vegan but still sent the food which I appreciated.
