“The cashiers aren't interested in greeting with a warm hello and a smile. They really aren't interested in clearing the lobby as quickly as possible.I felt as though i was interrupting a mass coffee break. I received eye contact from more than one staff member, and as fast as they acknowledged me, i was ignored just as swift.They were one employee who was more than helpful and welcoming. I am disappointed in myself for the fact that i failed to get his name.He was carefully packing the bags for online orders, and he flagged a disconcerting cashier, and i was then able to place my order.He was a well-spoken tall African American gentleman who took pride in his position. I just say his attentiveness was impressive.Whatever this gentleman puts his mind to will have a positive impact on society. Thank you for making my lunch enjoyable!“

“I love Popeye's chicken sandwiches! My grandsons love Popeye's, too. You might not see it when you're on 9W if you're don't live in the area, but it is off of 9W. The service is pleasant. The eating area is very clean and a nice place to stop off for a good meal. It has a drive up window, too. Give Popeye's a try, you just might like it!!“

“Home Frite hit the spot. We were just passing through and thought the burger and fries joint looked good and it didn’t disappoint. Miranda took our order and was pleasant and friendly, providing great customer service. The atmosphere was chill with good music playing, but at a level that allowed conversation. It was clean and the seating was comfortable. It didn’t take long for our order to be ready and you can tell it was cooked to order unlike most fast food restaurants. I had the boneless wings which were delicious and my husband enjoyed his double cheeseburger. We shared the yummy, crispy fries as the portions were more than enough to feed us both. If you’re in the area and feeling hungry, stop in and enjoy a meal.“

Some of my favorites include the Pappou’s Garden Salad and the Chicken Gyro Melt (special mention for the seasonal watermelon salad too). “We visited the Nanuet NY location on Saturday 11/19/22. We were helped by both Anthony & Darryl. I would really like to extend a thank you to both those gentlemen on such wonderful service. We stopped in quick to order 4 sandwiches then visit with family, we had just driven about 2.5 hrs prior to coming into the store so where pretty cranky. The store was packed and these 2, as well as the other 3 team members, serviced everyone with smiles and thank yous. We walked out with smiles on our faces laughing. Please take a moment to recognize these 2 for incredible service. I did sent this to the corporate office as well, I do hope these 2 gentlemen are singled out for going above and beyond.“

Wendy's does a good job at being consistent across their restaurants - I usually go for a salad and a baked potato, unique staples of fast food brands nowadays. Seating could be a little more comfortable, but I have found the service (esp. frequent driving through) to be excellent, esp. the requirement that they get my order right. Other Wendy's tend to be a toss-up for accuracy, but in my dozens of visits so far, they have been great.“

“Great Shake Shack! I stopped here for dinner not too long ago, and I have no complaints. Plenty of parking out front, and tons of seating inside. The kiosk ordering was quick and efficient, and the food came our very quick. Not to mention, the employees were spectacular! One of the workers was even coming around to every table offering sauce packets and napkins. I tried the big shack, which was delicious, and my shake and fries were also amazing. The inside is clean and modern, with a bunch of seating, as I mentioned before. There is also outdoor seating. The thing I love about all Shake Shacks is that they always have a free water dispenser and cups. This is super convenient so that you don't have to pay extra for a drink. “I've been here a few times since they opened. I mainly use the app and pick the order up inside. Every time I've gone inside, you have to order through the kiosk. There is no one that takes your order behind the counter unless you go through the drive thru. The limited interaction I've had with the staff has always been good. They are polite and friendly. The food is good like your typical taco bell. The place is clean and well maintained. It's only 9 months old, so hopefully, it stays this way.“

The employee that took my order is in fact the manager and out of curiosity I asked if Popeyes changed the rules about the survey code and he said no. He explained to me that, at his location it won’t be a problem and if I have an issue anywhere else, I’m more than welcome to come to his location and they will take it. I never had an issue at this location at all so, I might have to take the longer drive for good customer services..

“McDonald in Cortlandt Manor is the nicest Fast food place in a region. It has very good location,easy to get parking for the car and great fast service inside and outside orders through the window.
