“We are staying in a hotel down the street, and decided to stop for our morning coffee. Great service! Coffee is good and the store was very clean. The baristas were so sweet. Our order was rung in incorrectly but they were quick to correct it.“

“We had a decent experience at this McDonald’s. The place was clean, tidy, and spacious, with very few people around, which we appreciated. However, despite the low number of customers, our order took an unusually long time to be prepared. This was quite disappointing, but overall, the environment was nice.“

“This place is an actual gem. I stopped by on what was arguably probably their busiest day this whole year and unfortunately had to leave before I could order. I came back the next day and not only did the co-owners remember me and apologize for the long wait time, they had surveyed almost everyone in line in order to get ideas on how to improve the wait time and ordering process and it worked! Truly so impressed by this level of customer service and dedication to your business. It’s so rare to see that these days and it’s why small businesses are the heart and soul of a town. On top of that, my drink was fantastic, the place was sparkling clean with a super calming atmosphere, and all of the employees were 100% on it, even towards the end of another insanely busy day. Kudos to battling a worldwide matcha shortage, increased popularity from TikTok, and a super busy fall season. I will be back every time I’m in Beacon!“

“A friend from New York gave me a bag of Espresso Blend. I live in Cincinnati and have a local roaster as my go to. When I switched to Trax I was able to pull a really nice shot the first time and every time since over 3 days and it's awesome espresso. Smooth with just the right balance.“

The chicken in the sandwich wasn’t great (too tough) and the sandwich itself was small, but ultimately the experience as a whole was everything I could have asked for.“

“I came here once in 2016 and still think about the ice cream I had. The shop is conveniently located right near the water, so my family and I ate our ice cream on a bench with a great view of the water and mountains. Some of the best ice cream I've ever had! If you ever find yourself in Cold Spring, definitely make a stop! I also love the name!!“

“Nothing like it .. THE BEST breakfast sandwiches anywhere as far as I'm concerned. The service is friendly, and fast, and I always tipped generously because of how great everything is. VERY busy at times in the morning, but somehow they can still get you in, take your takeout order, and have it bagged and ready to go with a smile on just a few minutes.“

“This place is a gem living in our neck of the woods. Nino is always so kind and helpful, and Dom is always pleasant and kind. They have a hot lunch that you can buy there, different assortments everyday, ranging from meat loaf to baked chicken, lasagna, chicken francese, rice, chicken Marsala, roasted vegetables, pasta, etc. Whenever I go there for any of their delicious sandwiches, I usually end up buying something from the hot bar as well because the food just looks and tastes so appetizing.

Their cheese pizza slices are HUGE! They also have different types of pizza, from plain to supreme, whatever you ask for they can make.

Great coffee, small place to sit for a quick sandwich, varied selection of goods, and if you have a hankering for something pretty specific, give them a call as they probably have it...which would save you a trip to the grocery store.

They specialize in breakfast and lunch, but they also do catering, their trays are delicious. Their chicken cordon Bleu is notable. They also have frozen pastas and decent pastries in the morning.

“The drinks are hit and miss here. Ordered a hot chocolate and it was watery, no chocolate flavor at all. If you go during morning rush hour expect coffee to take long. But it's fast food and it's drive through, so what is there to complain about ?‍♀️“

“I recently stopped by Beacon Creamery and tried their Cookies and Cream ice cream and wow, it was really good! Super creamy, full of cookie chunks, and perfectly sweet. It had that classic flavor done just right, and you could taste the quality in every bite.

I highly, highly recommend giving it a try if you’re in the area. Whether you’re an ice cream lover or just craving a treat, Beacon Creamery is absolutely worth the stop.“

“Great little space with a really delicious variety of food that you can tell is made thoughtfully. The menu is “of the moment” which I love, and vegan options are available, as are some gourmet pantry items. It’s a micro business so expect the owners to be there taking care of you, but also pay attention to the social media before you go as they are sometimes closed when they need to be elsewhere. Honestly can’t wait to go back and try more food!!“

“I had a great stop at the Starbucks at West Point, NY. The service here stood out right away — the staff was friendly, welcoming, and handled everything quickly even though there was steady foot traffic. It’s always nice when the baristas take a moment to smile and make sure you feel taken care of.

I ordered a Medicine Ball, which was made perfectly soothing, hot, and balanced just right. Alongside it, I had the warm chocolate chip cookie. They were golden on the outside, soft on the inside, and exactly the kind of snack I needed.

The location was clean and well-kept, and the overall experience left me feeling like this is the kind of Starbucks you can count on for both good service and good food. Definitely a nice stop if you’re in the West Point area.“

He talked about how the pies are made and how the store came to be..I had a slice of their cherry pie..WOW!!! “I have used this DD for years. It is always clean and the staff are helpful and polite. It is pretty large, so one can usually find a table to have your coffee and what ever else you ordered. Some of the other DD are too small to have a relaxing cup of coffee b/c they have very limited seating.“

“The Boba tea was perfectly balanced, the mini pancakes were sweet and satisfying, and the tres leches cake was rich and moist—easily one of the best I’ve had in a while. On top of that, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
