I came back the next day and not only did the co-owners remember me and apologize for the long wait time, they had surveyed almost everyone in line in order to get ideas on how to improve the wait time and ordering process and it worked! Truly so impressed by this level of customer service and dedication to your business. It’s so rare to see that these days and it’s why small businesses are the heart and soul of a town. On top of that, my drink was fantastic, the place was sparkling clean with a super calming atmosphere, and all of the employees were 100% on it, even towards the end of another insanely busy day. Kudos to battling a worldwide matcha shortage, increased popularity from TikTok, and a super busy fall season. I will be back every time I’m in Beacon!“

The coffee was delicious, service was fast, and the whole space feels peaceful. There’s even a stunning wooden tree installation inside that gives the place a real wow factor.

“A friend from New York gave me a bag of Espresso Blend. I live in Cincinnati and have a local roaster as my go to. When I switched to Trax I was able to pull a really nice shot the first time and every time since over 3 days and it's awesome espresso. Smooth with just the right balance.“

The menu is “of the moment” which I love, and vegan options are available, as are some gourmet pantry items. “This place is a gem living in our neck of the woods. Nino is always so kind and helpful, and Dom is always pleasant and kind. They have a hot lunch that you can buy there, different assortments everyday, ranging from meat loaf to baked chicken, lasagna, chicken francese, rice, chicken Marsala, roasted vegetables, pasta, etc. Whenever I go there for any of their delicious sandwiches, I usually end up buying something from the hot bar as well because the food just looks and tastes so appetizing.

Their cheese pizza slices are HUGE! They also have different types of pizza, from plain to supreme, whatever you ask for they can make.

Great coffee, small place to sit for a quick sandwich, varied selection of goods, and if you have a hankering for something pretty specific, give them a call as they probably have it...which would save you a trip to the grocery store.

They specialize in breakfast and lunch, but they also do catering, their trays are delicious. Their chicken cordon Bleu is notable. They also have frozen pastas and decent pastries in the morning.

Let me preface this review by saying that I am a retired Police Sergeant, so I know Dunkin’ Donuts!!Went into the store at 3735 Crompond Rd on 12/22/2025 just to get a coffee. I was IMPRESSED. This Dunkin was beautiful and obviously pretty new. It was the largest, cleanest, most well stocked Dunkin I’ve ever seen or been in. And, the staff was extremely friendly. Parking was plentiful and it looked like they had a great drive thru operation. Wish I had taken pictures. Too bad I only get up to that area twice a year. ☕️🍩☕️🍩☕️🍩“

“I had a great stop at the Starbucks at West Point, NY. The service here stood out right away — the staff was friendly, welcoming, and handled everything quickly even though there was steady foot traffic. It’s always nice when the baristas take a moment to smile and make sure you feel taken care of.

I ordered a Medicine Ball, which was made perfectly soothing, hot, and balanced just right. Alongside it, I had the warm chocolate chip cookie. They were golden on the outside, soft on the inside, and exactly the kind of snack I needed.

The location was clean and well-kept, and the overall experience left me feeling like this is the kind of Starbucks you can count on for both good service and good food. Definitely a nice stop if you’re in the West Point area.“

“Super cute spot for teas, dessert, and some snacks. They even have a coffee selection. The ambiance looks great very modern and shows on the branding and packaging too.

You cannot miss their seasonal special yuzu tea it’s super delicious. Haven’t tried their boba tea and other desserts hopefully in the summer.
Loved their pizza. Their crust hits different. Mushroom pizza is great with lots of mushrooms on it. Croissant is different but great.“

We use this DD all the time and I never have any problems.. well yesterday a girl at the drive thru was I guess having a bad day and she passed it onto me... when I got back to my office the order was all wrong. Employees are so nice and they have a very large variety of food (hot and cold) and salads.Management changed no long time a go, but no body noticed because all employees still working there and the food still having the same quality and flavor.All types of sodas, beer, coffee and many more to drink.In a few words, you can find there all you need for a breakfast, lunch or for your reunion at home with friends to watch any sport on the weekends.“

“The staff went above and beyond when I left something valuable behind. I didn't realize it was missing until two days later. Contacting the store was really difficult, but once I did, the manager Kayla and her team couldn't have been treated me better. My valuable was kept in their safe, and they insisted on giving me a free coffee and donut for my 1.5 hour drive back home. The whole experience was a real shot of positivity along with the espresso.“

“McDonald in Cortlandt Manor is the nicest Fast food place in a region. It has very good location,easy to get parking for the car and great fast service inside and outside orders through the window.
