I first heard about them on YouTube when a food channel featured them. These are rich and decadent donuts without being overwhelmingly sweet. “Came in early a.m., walked in to a bright and energetic atmosphere. Greeted by the cashier I gave my order. 1 Coffee and 6 donuts, not only was the price right; the donuts were phenomenal. I was unsure of what to get but they were patient with me lol I am a bit of a coffee snob and this was one of the best I’ve had. I’m always weary going into new territory (my own bs) but this was a delightful encounter for sure. I will absolutely be returning (with my children) as they could not get enough of the donuts. My new favorite spot without a doubt!!“

“Yummmm live about 30 mins away and when they came they were still warm. We got. The Half&Half. Mozzarella & hotdog. All encrusted in the crunchiest little bite size potatoes. We also got two of the original. Yum. And of course we had to have the mochi donuts..flavors we had were Oreo strawberry (2) and a rainbow. 10 out of 10. “The ladies in the morning are always pleasant. My mobile orders are 99% correct and everything is made on time. No complaints.
If I was someone that wanted to sit and stay in a dunkin for a few hours this one has limited seating and is rather small so I'd go to a different one (There's one a block a away and one in the village). Parking can be rough at times.“

“The Dunkin’ at hillside near to Bank of America is really a good place to visit for your breakfast fast and coffee. I liked the people over there. It’s bit congested inside for dine in, but ok manageable. I had been there many times and they never compromised on quality of food and service. A recommend this Dunkin’ to everyone“

“We ordered through the app along the way a few times and this Dunkin had fresh munchkins every time we go. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our order was late one time and they were very apologetic and compensated us for the wait. We only waited 5 mins, which other places would consider “normal waiting times”. “I normally don't like Dunkin. However today was a long day. Stuck in traffic for 2 hours to get to the airport, only to hear that my flight was canceled and no more flights for several days (after waiting on line for another 2 1/2hrs). I hadn't eaten all day. I left the airport went to get gas and stopped at the Dunkin right off the Cross Bx Exp. I told the guy I needed the strongest iced coffee they had and he was so nice. He hooked up my coffee. I would definitely go back.“

“I haven’t tried this location yet but I personally got to try the one in Upper East Side and it heartbreaks me that people are downing the donuts, they are sweet to perfection but some people are rather used to diabetic sugary stuff like other places that add TONS of sugar and make sweets unejoyable, ima be honest I hate having snacks or sweet treats but this company’s donuts is the only exception other then that I like to keep my diet completely healthy. A 5 star place that the price suits the product“

“This place is the best. The customer service from the staff is one of the greatest I had. You go once they will remember what you like. I walked in on my very first day of contract work around the area and was greeted with a smile. As the month’s wore on I had the same level of service consistently. Even more so they remember what I liked and if they saw me on line they would have my order queued up by the time I got to the front. I noticed that with all other customers as well. They do an amazing job with all the customers. On my last day I called in my order and by the time I got there everything was ready. This is truly a great team. Dunkin isn’t a place that’s known for 5 star food or service. But the service here exceeds expectations. Thank you everyone.“
