“This is my favorite takeout/delivery restaurant here in Hopewell and ratings are based on that. The quality has improved over the past 10 years and everything we have ordered was satisfactory. The pizza is NY style and is REALLY good for the price. Delivery is quick, courteous, and never made a mistake. I wouldn't consider a different pizza shop if I can get Frattelos.“

“I ate here a couple days ago while on vacation and everyone loved it. Big servings and low cost. Great atmosphere and very friendly owners and staff. Most of my group had been here several times. I can't wait to get back. I got the I-84 garden salad with house dressing. It was the perfect meal for me. Excellent dressing and veges.“

Whether eating in the Cafe or getting take-out we're always happy with the service from the staff. My wife needs gluten free options and this is our favorite place in the area to reliably have great options.

My personal favs are an omelet with spinich, tomato, and feta cheese for breakfast or the fresh caprese sandwich (sometimes I add a burger patty) for lunch/dinner. And the homefries are AMAZING.“

“It's so nice to be able to walk 5 minutes from my house and get such a great breakfast. I always order 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and they come out fast on fresh hard rolls with delicious crispy bacon. It's better and much cheaper than that other popular deli in poughkeepsie. Oh yeah!“

“We had our wedding reception at JB’s and we can’t recommend them enough! Mark and Tracey were wonderful in helping us prepare and set everything up, and they made a typically stressful experience as easy as possible. Our guests are still raving about how delicious the food and drinks were! The wait staff was great too - our glasses were always full. We were a little nervous about the tent in October but the heaters kept it warm and toasty in there, even during a nor’easter. Plus, you really can’t beat cocktail hour on the patio - fire pits, beautiful view of the golf course, and passed apps. Highly recommend JB’s Bar & Grill / MKAT Catering for your next event!“

“My first time. While the decor was standard Irish pub bar-sign-style, the food was elevated. I had a delicious, healthy, seared tuna Cobb Salad and a great cocktail. The staffers never left us wanting and were attentive and personable. Can't wait to go back!“

The food was good (had some cheeseburger sliders and fries) the bartender was great. I'm not a big drinker, but they had these hard ciders that were very good. Quality varies a lot depending on who's cooking, but there are some things that are very consistent.Most things can be ordered using the meal plans pick 3 option (for those who don't know that's using a meal swipe for one main item, a drink, and a side).Wait time will be different depending on what you order. Usually burgers are very fast, pizza takes a bit longer, and Rossie's or noodles takes the longest (during busy times over 30 minutes).Speaking of Rossie's, if you've had the real deal than don't bother getting it here. This is still Sodexo making it, they just have access to the same ingredients and recipes. Also they're missing roast beef so you can't get the best thing Rossie's has anyways.Very strong vegetarian options if you don't mind eating the same thing a lot. The tofu for the noodles isn't anything to write home about and sometimes you'll need to break it up and let it warm up in the broth for a bit, but it's still pretty dang good.Top choices would be:1. Noodles, or oodles as they call it for some unknown reason.2. Pizza. Just make sure one of the good people is there to make it.3. Burger, they're not great but you'll get the same thing every time4. Rossie's. It's still pretty good, just not close to the real thing.“

“I went on 10/22/2024 to the location on Albany Street in Poughkeepsie N.Y. Today is my mom Birthday we had a party of seven. When we arrived we were told they don't have big table for our size party. They managed to add a table. The food was a 1.5 Everyone fries were over cooked the chicken was dry not a bit of Honey was tasted on the sandwiches. Tap water warm little to barely no ice. It took over 30 minutes to receive our meals no bread sticks salad nothing offered while we waited. It was a HORRIBLE DINNER. We asked if they have any Bday specials were told No. Do you sing Happy Birthday No. Mind you we were told by the person that recommended the place said they do sing Happy Birthday. I'm starting to feel it was a racial situation. Yet we still left tips. The Family had to go find Food upon leaving. The server was great it was her second day. I wish her well“

“This place was everything I hoped it would be. The short rib was so tender it melted in your mouth like ice cream and the salmon was cooked to perfection with an amazing crust on the outside and tender inside. Nothing was overseasoned and it was was just devinely delicious“

“The food was good. The waiters were very pleasant and attentive. The atmosphere was pleasant and busy on a Saturday night after the movies. We didn't realize we were the last people there until we got up and it was about 11:00pm. There is plenty of parking on the lot.“
