“I don’t usually leave reviews but I just had to in this case. Pantano’s of Plainview catered my baby shower this past weekend. The food was amazing!! Three days later and I'm still getting texts complimenting the food. Gian Luca and his staff made everything so so easy, from the amount of food I would need to what to actually order to the sides and extra sauces; everything was perfect. With such a busy day, that was one thing I didn't have to worry and stress about. I highly recommend!“

“I've had half way decent experiences at a couple Jersey Mike's in the past. I was visiting a friend and we decided to get some, I tried the buffalo chicken cheesteak for the first time and it was easily one of the best sandwiches I've ever had, so good! A couple weeks later I went to a different jersey Mike's local to me, craving the buffalo chicken and it was not great maybe a 3/5. It had none of the flavor I remember enjoying so much and overall it just missed the mark of what the East Meadow chain delivered. My friend who frequents the East Meadow one says they're always consistent and tasty, so I have to imagine my amazing sandwich there wasn't a fluke. If you're deciding which location to visit, this is the one.“

Personal experience I wanted my cookies to be warmed up because I love the nice warm feeling in my mouth and the worker got up with a smile on his face cracking jokes and did it just for me. “I went there April 27th with my BF. He ordered the sandwich and I wasn't paying attention, we left and in the car he said he had issue with how it was made and wanted to throw it away. I said no, that sandwich was expensive, just bring me back and I will explain the issue and hopefully they will remake it for free. The man who greeted me was extremely warm, kind and knowledgeable and asked me if I needed help with the menu. He cleaned the surfaces, changed his gloves and used new utensils. He was so great, he remembered my call and explained everything so well and I realized it was my error and apologized.
