“Normally good service However every day is different. One day they allow oat milk in the frozen coffee but today gave my husband the run around saying they couldn’t because of nut allergies. Last I checked oats weren’t nuts. He had no issue yesterday getting this but today the manager insisted they couldn’t. I get this at other locations all the time without issue. Instead they put cream in it. What about those who are lactose intolerant? Makes no sense. I suggest more thorough training so all staff is on the same page. The app has oat milk as a choice for frozen coffee but not almond milk which makes sense because almonds are nuts. Please train your staff at the Hudson location so there’s more consistency.“

“I specifically came here because of my strict dietary needs and not being able to tolerate too much sugar or dairy and then add on being pregnant, this place hit all the marks with making me the house special which was so delicious and gave me no issues at all. I would recommend this place over and over again, pregnant or not! Also the establishment was immaculate and the owners were so unbelievably kinds and accommodating! I’ll be back times for sure!“

Long review: I have passed through this Tim Horton everyday during the week for the pass 6 or more months, I order cappuccinos, artisan buns toasted with butter, and more. Every time cappuccinos are perfect, and they never fail having artisan buns which I always have troubles finding in other stores. They accommodate with any changes on any item we had ordered. Employees are friendly and cordial at least the morning employees, such as Sule, Jay, and honestly every morning employee I find during the weekday are the best. Telling you, I will keep passing every morning, to get my cappuccino and sandwich because they don’t fail. Thank you for making the start of my day greatly.“

“Not only is the coffee always perfect but the staff at this Tim's is the friendliest ive seen, and I have been to many Tims. I work close by so often eat both breakfast and lunch here. I love the ice cap and breakfast sandwiches, but I go here mostly because customers are treated so well.“

I’m part of a nonprofit and I stopped in. They’re getting ready to close to get some donuts and I was telling them what they were for. They said you know we’re closing soon why don’t you take all these donuts cause we’re gonna throw them away anyway. It’s people like this that give me hope in them human race. “Twice a week I go through the drive thru. Esmeralda serves me. She is very friendly. She remembers me and always gets my order correct. Although she is busy she takes a moment to say hello. At 6 am it’s a nice feeling seeing a familiar smiling face when I get my coffee. The experiences I have at this Tim Horton’s, mainly due to the kindness of Esmeralda, have all been positive.“

“The young lady working this afternoon was a great blessing to me as I'd been working all night and going first thing this morning I'm so exhausted. She made sure that I had enough to eat and was very professional. Even the young man who was with her did a great job in serving me. “Just had these at the Public Market during the food truck rodeo. Easily the best apple cider donut I’ve ever had. And I lived on an apple farm growing up that made these types of donuts fresh everyday lol. Would highly recommend getting them and eating them hot!“

“Service is fast. It has to be. The food? Not crazy about it. The bagel sandwiches? the bagel is usually hard and not pleasant to eat. Croissants are not bad and the wraps in sure are okay. I don't usually get those. The last time a had bagel sandwiche was last year, so may be better?“
