“My wife and I met another couple for dinner last night at roses. I was searching for a restaurant on yelp in the Englewood area as it was halfway between our friends and I. Made a reservation for 530 and when we showed up we were the only customers in the restaurant. not a lot of atmosphere, but clean. The menu looked interesting. We ordered hummus & Babaganoush To share, I had the mixed grill, my friend had the Rosies mixed grill. My wife had the Shawarma and her other friend had the chicken kebab. Everything was fresh, moist, and excellent, particularly the Shawarma. One other family of three came in while we're eating, but otherwise, the restaurant was empty. Our server was attentive and respectful, and took good care of us. He told us that they are usually very crowded on the weekends - understandable since it was Monday of a holiday weekend. We will definitely be back again !“

“I've been here a few times for the falafal sandwich with pickles. I love that this place is open. I just wish they wouldn't run out of their pies so early! Really affordable prices for fresh delicious food. The convenience of parking on the premises. A ridiculously large variety of beverages. Clean tables & chairs to sit. Packaged really well in sectioned trays, keeping the cool (salad stuff) away from the hot chicken and falafel.
