I had been sitting, waiting for my order and he held the package out to me waiting until I came over. I like that he didn’t put it down on the counter and walk away which I thought was very nice. It’s a small location, but that was OK. I wasn’t there very long. This is definitely my new pizza joint!”

“Okay first of all Mashallah 😍. I was born in the generation of Halalbee’s. First off, I got my order quickly! The man I spoke with had a mask on, and the restaurant was perfectly COVID compliant. The food?! AMAZING. Perfectly priced for the quality of what you’re getting. Definitely have the Double Decker with the Maple Beef Bacon! The Panko Chicken Nuggets were crispy, and fresh. The Truffle Fries were seasoned beautifully! Easily one of the most satisfying meals I’ve had in a long time. Excellent portions! I’d love to shake the owner’s hand, but that will have to wait until social distancing is behind us! I’m definitely bringing all my friends, and recommending this spot to my coworkers! No food photo cause I legit inhaled my meal!”

Full service bar even though I dont drink they had enough options to stop in just for a drink. Nice dessert menu to compliment your meal afterwards. Felt like a home away from home. “If you're going to go here for the sandwiches go here after 10:00 p.m. there is a kid working there He's Spanish The only Spanish kid working there, he makes the best sandwich. And don't be afraid to make an order that is close to a specialty sandwich he will do it and it will be a good price.

“This place was a godsend when I had a multi-hour layover in JFK after a long international flight early in the morning; it's very easy to get to by AirTrain and saves you from paying airport prices for the McDonald's breakfast menu when you're still on Asian time and in the mood for dinner - in fact it's cheaper than McDonalds' off-airport prices these days. The staff spoke English and were willing to explain what things were; I had a nice cup of coffee, some tasty empanadas and a fried croquette filled with minced shredded chicken and vegetables. It is a great choice for anybody that has a lengthy layover in JFK during a meal time, especially if you need to change terminals and leave the secured area anyway.”

The only difference is it didn't come with the pita bread and the white sauce tasted a bit different, but not bad. The food here is consistently flavorful, fresh, and made with love. It doesn’t matter if I eat in the restaurant or order takeout the food here is always a 10/10! My go to order is the Grilled Shrimp Scampi ( Camarones ) with garlic sauce and white rice with beans. My fiancé always orders their Pernil with rice and beans.

If you are thinking of getting food from here, do it! The staff is super friendly and the food is as good as it looks!”

One thing that stands this restaurant out from others is its ambience and aesthetic appearance. This is the perfect elegant spot for a family dinner, friend gathering or date night! I would recommend double-checking your bag before leaving to make sure everything is there. I had an item missing from one of my orders, but I understand that when it’s busy and there are a lot of orders, mistakes can happen.

The customer service is very friendly, and they’re always accommodating with requests. There’s plenty of free parking available, and the location is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus. Overall, a solid experience.”
