“Took two trips here on the same day to sample something for brunch and for lunch. For starters, the place is pretty big despite how the place looks from the entrance. The people working behind the counter were pretty cool, service was on point. For breakfast I had the Nutella Custard Croffle and a can of Celsius. The croffle was delightful for sure, pleasing to the taste buds though one small complaint...I don't think croffles are a good base for any sandwich because it was messy eating that, the croffle was kinda all over the place eating it.
Came back here for lunch after a few hours in the gym to order a Mocha Haze Power Smoothie and a Smoked Turkey Croffle. Croffle sandwiches here are delicious as a whole but they are very unstable and can leave a mess so as a note, ALWAYS ask for extra napkins. The smoothie was very good and filling too. I could see myself coming around here a couple more times, trying out as much of their expansive menu as I possibly could.“

“First timer here had a long Saturday night lol ordered HomeFries eggs and bacon and toast with a hot chocolate. I felt better within the first two bites. And the hot chocolate you can tell was super fresh. Not only was the food good you can tell it was made with love and amazing energy. If you’re looking for a good breakfast this is the top of all the competitors in the area! Will certainly order again!“

“B&B Deli is an absolute gem! The food is always fresh, the sandwiches are on point, and the service is quick and consistent. Whether you’re in the mood for breakfast or lunch, they’ve got something for everyone.
Huge shout-out to Hassan and Mina — they’re not only great at what they do, but they’ve got amazing personalities and will definitely make you laugh. It’s more than just grabbing food — it’s a good vibe every time you walk in.
Can’t stop by in person? They’re also available on DoorDash, so you can enjoy your favorites delivered right to your door. Highly recommend B&B Deli for top-notch service, great food.“

“I’ve been coming to this establishment for decades, from the time when they were on Jamaica Avenue 165th St. I always loved their food and the owners are very friendly. Only one thing now is I really don’t feel comfortable sitting and eating, I always take my food to go because the atmosphere is a little different. I wish they would go back to the family friendly way they used to be because Lord knows we need it in our neighborhood. other than that, the service is really good and the chef is accommodating.“

“First time going in and mom and I were disappointed with the lunch special. Order chicken soup and that was good, ordered morocho tasty but the grains had huskd still on them and the arroz marinero was spoiled, the staff to care of the spoiled order and replaced with with arroz blanco con carne guizada,a bit salty but at this point didn't have the energy to nag. It could be a hit or miss but we were surprised that they didn't catch the smell that came off the arroz marinero.“

“Best Dunkin Donuts in the neighborhood. I love this location - all the staff is super friendly - excellent service!
Edit - Very confused by some of the previous reviews. I visit this location almost every day for the past 6 years. I have never had an unpleasant experience here….EVER. The entire staff is amazing. Shakib has always been super friendly and accommodating. I am a stickler for service and refuse to return to any establishment that doesnt provide that. This location has always been my favorite in the neighborhood…..and I have tried the others. All of the employees here are amazing and they keep me coming back 💚“

“Jamao’s was the closest breakfast place to the hotel that opened early. There are tables to sit and eat at. I ordered food to take back to the hotel. The staff was polite and attentive. I never felt like I was being ignored. I would come here again for breakfast. Note for the people who look for this: I couldn’t tell if the people behind the counter wore hair nets or not. They all wore baseball caps.“

“Coffee is always served fresh and the food is cooked the way I wanted to be cook. The only problem on this store is the homeless people outside who would curse you if you don’t give them tips. The management should do something about this because it is a problem for customers. Overall, service and food was great and served quickly.“
“Nice view of Manhattan and the campus field on a sunny day. The location on Maps is incorrect, it’s not in the main food court, but in a separate adjacent building, The D’Angelo Center, on 3rd Floor.
Has cosy lounging chairs, but pretty packed. The nearby area of “Sodano Coffee House” was closed for seating with a curtain.
For some reason, the milk and the half&half containers on the condiment bar had ice cubes in them.
The barista also refused to provide a refill of simple brewed coffee after buying an expensive handcrafted drink, stating something along the lines of “not being a regular location”. Not sure how it works, but I didn’t argue, although it detracts from the experience, and Starbucks Rewards ads are everywhere in this place, too.
All in all, nice campus Starbucks store. No parking inside the campus for vistors, but you can find a spot on the streets around.“
“First time coming here and surprised we have a Tim Hortons in Jamaica, Queens (not by the Airtrain). Its located next to the Mobil which is walking distance from the F train and nearby buses. Its not that big but they have a great selection of donuts and their Timbits. Will visit here again.“

“If anything about Dunkin donuts is their consistency!! I love that they are open 24 hours because not everyone has a day job. Some if the most important people in our society work late hours as the rest of us rest it up. Thank you for being just about everywhere and open 24 hour!!! ????“

“This is the best Dunkin Donuts I've been to in my life. I bought some food next door and had no place to sit. I noticed there was seating at this Dunkin and remembered I had enough points for a free beverage. I went in and there were two gentlemen on shift. A younger one and an older one. The younger one was very diligent in mopping the floor. As I was checking out with my free drink and a donut I wanted, the older man noticed something was off (as did I) with the order total. The young man came over and spoke to him in their common language that I didn't understand (not English) to help the older man understand what happened and what buttons to press on the register. The older man paid careful attention to the younger man's instruction. So after I paid, I made my way to sit down across from some young teenager. A high schooler. Before I made it to my seat, the younger employee told me to be careful as I walked back and not slip on the wet floor. I sat down waiting for my drink order. When I got up to get it and fetch a straw, the young man was all like "don't worry, step on through, I'll have this place spotless by the time we close." While I was eating, the man politely asked if the kid could pick up his backpack so he could clean under and around the area. He noticed there was a bat sticking out of the backpack and they got to chatting about what school he went to and position he played; offered some advice. When the kid was about to leave he wished him well and said good luck with high school (because of course...high school y'know). I continued eating my meal and a small child came in with his mother. Again he made sure to get their attention about the wet floor. The small child started taking slow almost tip toeing steps haha. Then another regular customer came in that was Hispanic...they had a small chat. The young employee was telling him that he wants to learn Spanish so he can better communicate with customers. I thought that was cool. As I sat there finishing up my meal, I thought to myself....with everything going on in the world...these two individuals were dead set on excelling on a singular work day. The young man wasn't worried about yesterday or tomorrow or next week, or next month. He was thinking about today and only today and how to make it the best work day for everyone. I could hear it in his voice. The dedication. The whole dichotomy of the two employees I found beautiful. This Dunkin Donuts is an important part of the community, without a doubt. I'm glad I walked in.“

“This is my go-to Dunkin spot. Convenient location and staff is always on point. Very friendly and accommodating, and always providing great service. Sometimes they get a high volume of customers, but they’re able to deliver quick and efficiently - never had a wrong order given to me.
Management is also great and helps ensure all staff members are treated like a team. One feedback I’d provide is to probably to have a dedicated coffee staff who handles all drink orders separately while the rest of the staff focuses on other things (I’ve seen this structure work very efficiently in Manhattan, specifically in very busy locations). But either way, friendly service, great vibes, and a hard working pool of staff.“
