“Second time here- there were 4 of us. We split the hanging bacon for the table- excellent indulgence. Peach and burrata was delicious- lite and refreshing. Beet salad was fresh and crisp. Entrees included barnwood chicken, swordfish and 2 orders of the special- soft shell crabs which were cooked perfectly. Definitely recommend and we will be back more often!“

“Delicious food by the riverside. Local hidden gem.This food wagon has the best tacos, empanadas, and quesadilla in the area. The Cuban sandwich, pork tacos, fish tacos, and the Tequila quesadilla in particular, are really good. The Truck Burger is pretty good too. You really can't go wrong with anything off the menu.Whether you dine right there in the park or take the food elsewhere, you're guaranteed a great lunch. If you are looking for something light, I recommend the beef empanadas or even the fish tacos.Situated on the Annville Circle on Route 9, it's a great pit stop on your way any time driving near Peekskill. “It was a beautiful Friday evening just at the beginning of the anticipated "happy hour". Walking into Peekskill public you get an immediate nostalgia for Dublin, Ireland, it's a cool feeling.U guys got wings? Yes some of the best, the friendly bartender said and of course they'll all say that.With a good selection of cold NA beers, was happy to have 2 before being handed a plate of wings (buffalo), a perfect mix of drums and flats. “Had my nieces Bat mitzvah here. The food was outrageous, the service was fantastic. Only negative, they kept clearing the plates away so fast. Some people lost their plates as they were eating. My niece got her plate taken away and never even got to eat. There was so much left over food and I don't know what happened to it all. I hope it went to a good place.“

“This place was such a godsend. My friend and I were so hungry from hiking, and we were able to Uber right to The Central before grabbing the train (they are connected). All of the food was delightful, and they offered a wide variety of dishes from American burgers to Greek dip flights.The atmosphere is so cozy, as it is an old train station, and it's located right on the river as well. “Went for weekday lunch and it was very good. Waiter was very attentive. Fixed price meal was well worth the money. Had 1 fried shrimp, 2 salmon and 1 skirt steak. Everyone enjoyed their entree. Appetizers included fried calamari and clams casino which were delicious. Tiramisu is not to be missed! Wine was excellent. All 4 took leftovers home. Would definitely go back.“

“Dinner was exceptionally good with virtually all dishes executed to perfection. The chicken liver mousse and salads were excellent starters, delicious and quite substantial. Our mains included, the duck breast, a duck confit ( crisp skin & tender inside), lobster bucatini with Caicos/Pepe were flavorful and abundant. The apple crisp and gelatos were shared and capped with rich coffee. A bit formal, but lots of choices for something lighter are also available. Definitely heading back soon!“

“Well let me say that out of the many burgers I’ve had, this was the best one in a WHILE! My cousin and I were out and hungry, and on a whim I searched for “burgers near me” and came across POW! Burger. When we walked in, the staff immediately greeted us, and our service was very good.I got the double POW! Burger with jalapeños added in and my cousin ordered the double Cheese Burger, and it didn’t even take 10 minutes, they came and left our order at our table, and we were SHOOK!These burgers are a hybrid via smash burger size but loaded burger presentation (see photo). We took our first bites, and the flavors just hit us like a semi-truck. The patties are made and cooked right in front of you, the vegetables tasted fresh, and their aioli sauce was on point. All in all, 8/10 grade, very good! I have had 10/10 burgers before from places that really push the limits of creativity and flavor, but there’s nothing wrong with going the tried and true way, classic always works!The ambience itself is good, they have a lot of seating, and it did get busy so you know people like the food. However, the grill is out in the open near some of the seating, which is fine, restaurants want to show you that they make your food fresh, but the quality and taste of your food should prove that on its own. Nonetheless, very good experience, I will definitely be coming back here soon!“

“Making a delivery for Uber which is funny I came to this place for the first time. Looking around I knew that this was a place I wanted to try. So I went back and how amazing is the food. A healthy option for good. I came here twice already and did the hamburger the first time and it was so good. The staff is friendly and always have a smile to help seat and serve you. The food came on time and hot. The second time I went then I had the chicken sliders and man oh man so flavorful. This is a place I would recommend and also take my family to for any function.“

“The food was great. I ordered the pork chop with spinach and roasted potatoes. The food came out hot just the way I like it. My friend ordered the chicken Mona Lisa. I tried my Friends entree and I will say what I tried was fabulous. I love Norca the bartender and she gives wonderful service. Norca makes you feel like you don't want to leave, she is very welcoming and warm. I like to visit this restaurant when Norca is working. When Norca doesn't work I don't show up and neither does my friends. Very nice decor comfortable atmosphere great vibes all the way around. The pizza is also great too. We'll eat slowly. We ordered mussels for appetizer. Then I had a wild fish taco, Hubby had a Village burger, and our friend had a duck quesadilla; I am not kidding; it's a duck quesadilla! Of course, I had my hot green tea! I love my hot tea during brunch or lunch. The mussel was phenomenal! The food was exceptional! We loved everything that we ordered. The homemade creamy sauce that they used on top of my taco was fantastic. I don't usually like creamy sauce or anything with my food, but I definitely enjoyed this one. Food was great (although I prefer swiss cheese on my F.O.S. and not provolone) and the bartender was very nice, too. It was fun chatting with her. The place was empty (for lunch anyway) but I didn't mind as I don't like crowds. It was me and another guy at the bar. He was annoying but she handled him well. “Food was good. Service was quick the location is nice but it's a little small. I only had typical El Salvadorian pupusas. They were very good. I would go back for those again but seems like a lot of people came for the soups. Which I didn't try. It gets busy but mostly take out. I would order the Spanish food since everyone there is Spanish. I don't think the Italian side of the kitchen will be as good as the el Salvadorian one since there is not Italians cooking it.“
