They also sell Lion Farm Cookies at the checkout and those s’mores cookies were out of this world! The staff were all very friendly also. Will definitely be a regular stop on our yearly trip to town.”

“First time in as locals, beautiful restaurant and very friendly staff. We had a quick cocktail while we waited for takeout, the bartender was great and very personable. The host who took our order was as well; salads were nice and fresh, house made bread, and very nice sized tasty entrees. We will definitely be back to dine in!”

The specials drew us in, and we’re so glad they did. Everything is homemade—from the rich, savory sauce to the perfectly seasoned meatballs. The lasagna was layered with love, and the manicotti, made with delicate crepes, was hands-down the best we’ve ever had. You can taste the care and tradition in every bite. The owners are genuinely welcoming, the atmosphere is cozy and unpretentious, and the food is the real star. This place isn’t just about pizza (though we hear that’s great too)—it’s a full-on Italian comfort food experience you won’t want to miss. If you’re in Lake George, make the short drive. “We had reservations at the hotel for the weekend, so we decided to check out the restaurant. Several was helpful and pleasant. We did not wait long. When we got the food it wasn't bad but expected alittle better for the price. Food was luke warm. Only got two pieces of broccoli, no bread or rolls. Salad was good.”

“ADK nachos were super good!! My husband got the steak and loved it. I did half a chicken with homemade bbq sauce, sweet potato fries and Mac n cheese. Chicken and fries were soooo good. I found the Mac n cheese to be bland but I think that’s the style if you were to pile on something bbq flavored then it would have been better. On its own it wasn’t my taste but everything else was very good. Can’t wait to go back next trip to Lake George!”

“Went to our 1st Super Bowl Party at the Lakeside Lounge @ The Fort William Henry It was amazing ! The room was set up perfect the food was amazing ! Managers Marie & Renee took great care of us and our sever Taylor was doll the bartenders were Very accommodating! The outside view with a fire pit topped it all off had the best time. Hope they do it again next year.🏈🏈”

“I’ve been going to Monte Cristos for years and never leave disappointed. Friendly staff, great food, beautiful view! My only problem is I seldom stray from the Buffalo Burger, absolutely delicious! Highly recommended if you’re looking for some good eats while enjoying Lake George!”

“The Tamarack Inn has a great atmosphere, featuring 70s-80s music, vintage decor, and an absolutely charming and attentive staff. Our breakfast was amazing—we tried the special Apple Cinnamon pancakes and the Colossal breakfast. Both were full of flavor and tasted fantastic!
If you’re looking for great food, excellent service, and a cozy, classic setting, the Tamarack Inn is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend it!”

“we loved our stay. The views were beautiful and so relaxing. The food was delicious, and we loved that you could order at the Cabana bar as well as in the restaurant. We were not disappointed with anything we ordered. Best risotto I've ever had. Our bartender was very attentive, friendly and made great drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting lakeside in the evening relaxing with drinks. All staff were friendly, very helpful and hard working. We truly appreciate their hard work, and it didn't go unnoticed. The beach was clean and so family friendly. We just enjoyed sitting in the chairs, which were in the water and observing the breathtaking views. We were walking distance to the wonderful Lake George village. Our room was comfortable, clean and great AC. The fire pits at night were a great addition. our stay was very relaxing and we had a great time.”

“This might be my favorite Starbucks. I've been stopping here on my drive between NYC and Burlington, VT for the last 7 years or so. It is spacious, the service is so fast, and the staff is just the best. Lately, I have found it cleaner and friendlier than ever. Loved the little messages sharpied on my drinks today! “Coffee shop. Nothing special. The front shop was closed so had to go inside the Marriott. They served regular and iced coffees/lattes. No other flavors or specials. Only one employee so can take long. We sat outside in the patio.”

“Stopped by for two slices of pizza. The chicken Bacon Ranch was just okay. Definitely on the thinner side of pizza. The pepperoni slice tasted more like New York pizza. They offered to cut the pieces in half since we were sharing each slice. Prices a little high but so is that area. It seemed very warm inside. The dining room was full, so we did not enter that area. Maybe it was cooler there than the counter you order at. We went ate outside on a bench.”
