From the very beginning, Hannah, the event coordinator, was beyond phenomenal. She made everything feel easy, organized, and completely stress free. Everything went off without a hitch and that is not something you can say often when it comes to events like this. Tori, our server, was just as amazing. “I can't imagine how many times I have driven by the Eagle House, but it's been a lot. Well we finally had the chance to go for an 80th birthday party. It came highly recommended and did not disappoint! The Eagle House has a proud history dating back to the 1800's. Much of it's charm remains, as it is warm and cozy (especially by the fireplace). The portions were great, the food was reasonable and staff were pleasant. We had a party of 9 and they were able to accommodate our request for a private room on the 2nd floor. It was perfect for the occasion! It may not be sleek and modern, but that is part of the charm. It's lasted this long for a reason...“

“Food was good after we waited over an hour to get it. Our PadThai was taken by another server so we had to wait until they made another order. It was our first time there in a few years but this mix up was unacceptable without any offer of compensation. Our server just kept apologizing. She was also taking care of way too many tables and was not as attentive as she should have been. My water was not refilled until after I called her over, she never came to check how our meal was. With the cost of food these days I would expect much better service.“
