“We had the personal pizzas and they were excellent. They have draft beer and a variety of mixed drinks. The seating is cozy. Wait staff was attentive and ready with recommendations for first timers. It can get a bit loud when full but a very warm and inviting atmosphere.“

“Found this restaurant by accident on Friday and we love it! In fact, we went back Saturday for Churros and Sunday for dinner again. On Friday we had their Street Tacos and today we had their Tako Bowls! This may be a small place, but their flavors are not!! Amazing food and great portions! The entire staff from front and back of house are very friendly. So glad we found them and looking forward to going back! We HIGHLY recommend them!“

He was very interactive, took requests. People were singing along, It’s was very enjoyable. It was very clear our waitress, Janice was extremely busy but also very thorough careful and caring. It’s obvious she cares about what she is doing and works very hard. Upon my ordering, I mentioned a food allergy Janice double checked that things were OK before she submitted the order. 2 other people came to verify before cooking my meal. The food was SO GOOD! Big portion sizes. Gave my mother dessert to celebrate her birthday. Overall, it was an absolutely fantastic night. We will be back. My only suggestion would be when the musician is taking a break to lower the background music. When he wasn’t singing, the music was still incredibly loud and we had difficulty hearing each other at the table.“

When the staff learned that we were celebrating a birthday luncheon, they kindly paused the music during our cake cutting and even played the "Happy Birthday" song on the big screen. “This is a very nice place with one clean restroom inside for customers. There is ample seating as well as complimentary water. The mobile orders are about 10 minutes until completion. There's usually no line to order. My only complaint is they are very cheap on how much they give you. They don't fill up the bowl and they give you very little chicken in the salads. That is the reason why it's not 5 stars.“

Yes, this restaurant is on Long Island, but the Korean food EXCELLENT (better than lots of places in Flushing) and service is OUTSTANDING. “Hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner here and we are SO glad did - everything was perfect! Everyone could not get over how delicious all the food was. Danny worked with us to create a menu that was tailored to us and our guests and we got SO much food included in the package we did. He also worked with us to create table arrangements that worked best for our event. I was worried at first that the space only being partially private and not a true private room would be an issue but it was not at all! We really didn’t need it and were happy to still get to enjoy the Sinatra singer that plays for the restaurant that night. He even came over and sang for our party and had us dance which was not expected but a fun surprise that we loved! Overall we had a great event here and I am so happy we chose them to host it!“

“The fried chicken is awesome. One of the best I've had. I really craved for fried chicken after the damn snow. It was so satisfying and made all of our bellys super happy. The chicken was still crunchy and hot by the time I got home. It's made fresh! Literally. I got snowy cheese which is my favorite, honey soy and original. Both really good! We also got the onion rings and tobokki. The sides of corn and radish was addicting. The gentleman working there was so nice and diligent. He saw I had placed two of the same orders and called me back to confirm if it was correct. I explained to him my neighbor also wanted some so I had to place another order. Lol. Must try. “Me and my boyfriend decided to come here for an early dinner (6pm) on Valentine’s Day. Even with no reservations they were able to seat us.
We both got a cocktail, two different sushi rolls, and entree. It honestly was a 10/10

We grabbed the vegan sausage , egg and cheese. At first we were disappointed in the slider sized bun, but it turned out to be plenty of food with the sausage , egg and cheese. “My best friend lives in Queens so she and I come to the Onion Tree every other Friday night. I wish this place was closer to me. I live in Yonkers. The food is superb, seasoned extraordinarily. The chicken is fresh, soft and cut into small bites. I always order chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, or chicken tikka pizza. I have never had food that I enjoyed this much and I have tried all foods all over the world. I never get tired of this place. And the food is served quickly and piping hot. They’re opening a second place in Manhattan. We’re getting closer to Yonkers!! The drinks are awesome too. Barbra and Louis work behind the bar. They’re friendly and great bartenders.“
