“Have taken out from here before, but never ate in the dining room.
Really impressed with the food and server, Elmer. Started off with the pear salad. Really fresh and the gorgonzola really kicked that salad into a great starter.
My wife had the clams with spaghetti, she really liked it, and I had the gnocchi with chicken cutlet, which really rocked it. So fresh, chicken was crisp and not greasy at all. Excellent dish, really fair pricing.
Couldn't resist the tartufo with expresso, top shelf.

All in all, really excellent, well priced food. Will definitely be coming back. This place is not only a take out place, but for a very fair priced dinner, served by nice people, in a decent dining room. Check it out“

“The food is good and the menu options are great. We attended the breakfast with Santa at this location and the options provided for appetizer and meal were not only good but the portion sizes were big. The menu for breakfast with Santa included an appetizer, main dish and unlimited mimosa (for adults only). I think the kids got dessert, but we passed. Great place, I recommend.“

“The pan seared roasted chicken is amazing!!! My family and I found this place a few weeks ago. It's a beautifully decorated, clean and fairly new establishment with a very polite staff. My children have had the ravioli, the penne and the chicken fingers and each loved their meals. It's a hidden gem that we are happy to have found :)“

“My go to place for special occasions. Mike always makes us feel at home. Not only is the food fantastic, but the staff is helpful and kind. They even went out of their way to help my handicap mother get in and out of the car! Food is delicious and tons of variety when compared to the standard Italian restaurant. “My wife and I really enjoyed the entire setting family style dinning. We both love eggplant very much the seasonings were not salty or spicy plenty of sauce stuffed with fresh ricotta cheese. All of what we could see were large entrees no fru fru at all. This is another local good place to dine in Floral Park.“

My daughter, who is very shy, spilled a drink in there and the workers replaced it immediately at no charge and cleaned it up right away! “I came here on 5/28/25 for dinner take out/pick up. I ordered their house/garden salad with grilled chicken, Gnocchi Bolognese, and it came with I believe it is possibly fresh ricotta cheese, which was really good, and it also came with some really good bread. I am a really big salad person and I did not really like the salad or the salad dressing that it came with. My opinion, I was not a fan of the field greens, the field greens did not smell/seem as fresh, compared to other salads that I order from other places. The pasta dish was ok/good but I was not a fan of this either. I was really a fan of the side of fresh ricotta cheese and the delicious bread it came with. It seemed to have a great atmosphere and many people were there eating when I came to pick my food up. The service was good and accurate. This review is simply just my personal opinion. “Meta always goes above and beyond for a fabulous dining experience. This past Sunday, I called to see if it was possible to bring in an Elvis impersonator for my Dad who is in remission from cancer. Not only was Roberto and his staff receptive to the idea, the whole restaurant was singing along with Elvis and all of us. This night was truly magical and I cannot thank Roberto and his staff enough for making my Dad’s dining experience so memorable. The food was amazing, the drinks were flowing and the dessert was delicious. If you haven’t tried Meta, I highly recommend this fine restaurant for a wonderful night 🎉“

“I just had my daughter’s baptism at Fabio’s. From the food to the service everything was amazing! My guests were raving about the food. We did family style and it was more than enough food. We even had leftovers to take home! Fabio went above and beyond helping us set up the decorations the night before my party. We never felt rushed (we were there til 1am). He wants his guests to have a great experience and we did! Thanks to Fabio, Rose, Marty and the entire staff for a great party!“

“Il Gufo is my new favorite GC restaurant, their menu is a breath of fresh air. Unlike many Italian restaurants that are stuck in an Italian food time warp their menu is an update of delicious Italian delicacies. Their choices are like eating in a restaurant in Italy. There is nothing I don’t like that I have ordered at Il Gufo. Service is wonderful I never feel rushed and love how they remove dirty dishes quickly. FYI great place for desserts and a cup of espresso.“

“One of the best Italian restaurants in Lynbrook or anywhere else. They use the freshest and highest quality ingredients and prepare the food exquisitely. I ordered takeout tonight for six people in my extended family and served it family style, and everyone was raving about the food. We ordered Scallops Oreganato, Shrimp Stuffed with Crabmeat, Chicken Francese, Zuppe di Clams White Sauces and a few appetizers and it was all superbly prepared. Several of us were from other towns and repeatedly asked me how to find this place so they could visit in the near future.“

“My daughter’s baby shower was held at Mio Posto last night and was simply amazing. The staff waited for us and helped bring in all the props along with anything else we needed. They continued with great service through the meals and at the bar. Sal was super attentive to making sure all was going smooth and Mike and frank did the same.
