“Dropped in on a whim since parking was available out front. Manager said under new operations and building a new tapas style menu. Food was delicious, steak slightly overcooked but not inedible. Service was good and attentive. Late dinner on weekday, place was empty with only a few of what appeared like friends of staff hanging out at bar. Will not hesitate to visit again and see their progress, seems like they are making the attempt to have a nice resteraunt.“

Randy the owner is not only the nicest guy but a fantastic chef! He and his wife run the business. I had his brisket (at his insistence!) Delicious! Sweet potatoes and collard greens. Customer next to me raved about the banana pudfing so I added that too. All 5 star!!! Very happy I took the chance on a place in a gas station!!“

I did see them checking on us and I know the moved a patron away from us, but they never made us feel uncomfortable and for that I am grateful - I know my guest was a louder than usual friend. Unheard of to serve hot specialty foods all at once. The dood was Plated with care and artistry. They served amazing Chocolate martinis and catered to everyone's wishes. The pizza looked outstanding!

The managerial staff were very friendly and accommodating, the food was excellent, and the service was impeccable. Melissa, our server, explained everything so well, and she took her time with us. The wait staff worked with her seamlessly so that everything came out on time, and our water glasses were always full. The cuisine offered so many different choices, even for vegetarians and vegans. The vegetarian dishes I tried were a myriad of flavors, and it was so nice to experience new creations that I have never had at any other restaurant. We were in town helping another G-FORCE location with an Amazon project, so naturally, we took a break to explore the local food scene. First Impressions: We kicked off with the Deviled Eggs – the jalapeño added a nice little kick while the bacon... well, it was bacon – crispy and delicious. Next up were the House Pickles – sweet, vinegary, and unexpectedly tasty. Who knew pickles could be this good? The Mains: Harry went with the Pulled Pork – packed with flavor, moist, and paired with an excellent sauce. The Potato Salad stood out with just the right-sized chunks, and the Cornbread? Perfectly crispy on the outside. Steve opted for the BBQ Chicken – tender and juicy, coated with that same outstanding house sauce. And the Kielbasa? This place might not be Polish, but they nailed it – full of flavor and definitely a surprise hit! The Potato Salad reminded us of Grandma’s homemade classic, and the Collards had a unique twist that, honestly, we didn’t hate. “My buddy and I went to dinner at the Grand Stage Diner on 4/10/24 prior to the Islanders game. The diner was clean, the hostess was very nice and friendly and the wait staff was excellent. We each ordered burgers w/ fries. I have to say it was one of the best cheeseburgers I ever had at a diner. Food was hot, perfectly cooked. Superb! I would definitely go back.
