“This was my first time here, we were in Albany for appointment and were trying to find a vegan place. I didn’t know most places in Albany are closed on Mondays. Wizard burger blew our minds. The friendly staff were patient as we took a bit to take it all in. The atmosphere was great from the music to the decor, they also have a free library and can play retro video games. Onto the food, my husband had a burger and fries that he said was perfect. I had the Buffalo chik’n sandwich, and fries, I couldn’t finish mine due to the size. It was about 5 tenders cooked perfectly and smothered with Buffalo and ranch. The fries were hot, and not greasy like most places. The price for 2 entrees and 2 Mexican coca-colas were $30. Not bad for an all vegan meal with large portions. I highly recommend Wizard burger, and look forward to going back.“

It's a bit too modern for my tastes with unusual and trendy dishes that seem to prioritize unusual ingredients over tasty dishes. That said, if you like that thing, they definitely do it well.I like stopping in for a burger or veggie burger at lunch, but their extended menu just isn't for me. The restaurant is run very well, staff is extremely professional, and the atmosphere is great.“
“The food I received was good, BUT it wasn't what I ordered. No bacon on my turkey bacon wrap, no ranch dressing as requested. The staff brought out both after I received it, and I had to unwrap my wrap to put it in. Again, the food was good, the waitress was very nice and accommodating, it wasn't her fault.“

This location was slammed during my visit and the wait staff tried their best but needed more staff to earn 5 stars for service. However, this is a good place for a family meal or a date night. We ordered a 2 piece crispy chicken breast and wing with a side of mashed potatoes with gravy a biscuit and a drink. When we got home we heated for a few seconds and this was the best chicken dinner better than KFC not greasy and taste we ordered a side of coleslaw each as well and was very good also. “I don't normally eat lunch, but had missed breakfast and was in the vicinity at a few stores, and this fit the bill. I enjoyed a cheeseburger with fries, a coke and a chocolate shake. I ordered the regular fries, but the portion is quite generous. I didn't realize that I had ordered a double burger, but it was what I needed. The shake was fabulous. The bill was $24 and change, more than McDonald's for sure, but the portions are large, and the quality vastly superior. I don't eat out often, but Five Guys is worth the trip.“

“Horrible experience. The manager was attending drive thru. I first tried to tell him the drive thru code to earn points, he hard time to accept it. Then I created the order myself and tried to give him the drive thru order code, he again had hard time accepting it. Then he instructed me to come to the pickup window. I showed him the order code and he still kept on telling me that the code is not in the system and instructed me to come inside. I then changed the order pickup method to "counter" and picked-up the order without any issues.All I could think is that the manager may be untrained. What a shame!!!“
