When we returned we were greeted by the manager who offered his apologies for the mishap and offered to give us a free meal for our inconvenience. In summation: A problem resolved! “I took my 3 kids in for donuts and iced drinks. While getting to my car, I was juggling a large frozen chai, a dozen donuts and my baby in his infant carrier. I dropped my drink, the cup cracked and it went all over the blacktop. Shaylynne (I am sure I spelled that wrong) made me a replacement free of charge. She made my crappy day a whole lot less crappy. Thank you for having compassion for a stressed out Mama of 3!”

“So Sorry! What has happened to your food? Two years ago I recommended your restaurant to people. Over the last two years the quality, taste, and preparation has declined. Ordered $80 in food, asked for the Singapore Mei fun to be mild...to hot to eat! This is the second time in a row that our request was ignored. The beef and broccoli was tough and undercooked.
Your food was so good before, now will never order from you again.
This is a shame...wish there was something I could do to help you besides ....complaining.

“I cannot say enough good things about Thai Delish. My son and I eat here regularly, and we have never had a bad meal. Every thing is always very fresh, and made to order with the greatest care. The service is phenomenal, the staff bend over backwards to ensure you have a pleasant dining experience. The drunken noodles, and Pad Se Ew ( I don't know if I have spelled that correctly) are amazing. Their dumplings are topped with crispy fried garlic, their coconut pudding is unlike anything you've tried before. Such a welcome addition to our local restaurants, sure to become a family favorite. ❤️”

“There is no wait for the Crumbl (it comes out in 3 minutes) and they make them pretty doughy which I love because I don’t like hard brittle cookies so how they make them is perfect”

“Believe the hype! We went to the Penfield location specifically to try the Cuban menu. The restaurant was sparkling clean and the service was excellent. Four of us ordered different Cuban dishes, while my two youngest ordered off the kids menu. The portions were huge - even the fresh fruit side dishes for the kids! Everything was delicious. The whole time, our table was just a chorus of "Mmm!" while reaching over and trying food off of each other's plates. We will definitely be back!”

“First time ordering here since we moved to the East side and I have to say it’s the best pizza I’ve had yet! Great for people who like a thinner crust with a healthy amount of sauce. The brick oven crust is SO good. We loved the buffalo chicken pizza, their house wing sauce they use is unique, and it was a nice shake up to traditional buffalo sauce. Also their house red on our pepperoni pizza was fantastic! 😍”
