“Tavern 157 is an absolute gem! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a cozy ambiance that perfectly balanced charm and sophistication.
Every dish was great. The attention to detail in both presentation and taste was evident. Pair that with their impressive drink selection--especially their sangria--and you have an evening to remember.
The service was top-notch as well. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and made fantastic recommendations. They made us feel like we were the only table in the house, even though the place was buzzing.
Tavern 157 is the perfect spot for a date night, a catch-up with friends, or just indulging in amazing food. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu. A true five-star experience!“

“This place is so aesthetic and the tea tastes absolutely amazing. Enjoyed this quaint establishment around 11pm. The Zhu Cha was a nice experience but only really worth it for the tea and if you are staying for a long time, which is what it was intended for. The snacks are distinguishable and unfortunately not very suitable for the tea we chose. Not sure it was worth $60+ dollars for tea and $2 snacks.“

“First time going, I was invited to a birthday gathering. I’m a Puerto Rican woman, The people were great. The DJ was incredible. The Crowd, I love because it was the older crowd.(with younger Group too) I’m a 69 year old woman (don’t look it) loved how everyone was dressed, the restaurant Was very pleasant , the host walked around greeting and talking and asking “Is everything OK?”. MY COMPLAINT IS !!!!
They should have a special on the drinks. I thought it was very very expensive. I did not drink at all because I refuse to pay what they were asking for. The Manager ! should have a special for the ladies between (8pm n 9:30) free or 1/2 The Price !“

“The best Asian Bistro in town! I went for happy hour and the staff was so friendly. I had the soup dumplings and fresh sushi. Service was quick and easy. I highly recommend. The largest party room I’ve ever seen. I asked the manager and he said you can project anything on the screen on the wall. I will book my next event here.“

“Dagim is truly a gem in Great Neck! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with warm hospitality and an inviting atmosphere. The restaurant strikes the perfect balance between elegant and comfortable, making it ideal for both family dinners and special occasions.
The food is absolutely outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish is prepared with care, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The fish is exceptionally fresh, cooked to perfection, and seasoned just right. The menu offers a wonderful variety, so there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Dagim has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Great Neck. If you’re looking for top-notch food, excellent service, and a warm, welcoming environment, this restaurant is a must-visit. Highly recommended!“

“We had a last minute reservation for 8 people, and we were lucky enough to snag a table. YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS PLACE! Our entire table loved the food. From the appetizers (the warm bread, the amazing carmalized onion spread, & the Calamari), to the main courses (the NY strip steak, the shrimp, and the ravioli), to the dessert (trust me... get the bread pudding!) everything was impeccable. The service staff was also amazing, very attentive and kind. I will definitely be back!“

And since they bought DiMaggios next door the food has taken a step up from their normally great food and specials. The place looks really nice, too! “We had Thanksgiving dinner here with my two boys. The service was absolutely outstanding. Our waitress was amazing . The food was beyond what I expected. Well done!!!! The portions were beyond believable and believe it or not the take home portions were just as amazing as they were when first brought out. More than 5 stars. Excellent evening and the price was ridiculously resendable. Great job to all the cooks and the people that don't get the recognition they deserve in the preparation of this fantastic meal.“

Jeff had the turkey burger and I had the lobster roll I asked if he wanted to split our meals but he liked his too much lol I had to eat most of the lobster off the top so I could eat it like a sandwich Took the picture after I ate a good portion off the top Mark and his crew are the best!
