“Delicious food, I loved it! And it wasn't even like fast food. What we ordered had us filled up until dinner! 5 stars because of that, the friendly staff, clean bathrooms, great seating and service, and especially because of the delicious food! Keep it up!“

“Greeted and sat down immediately, wide variety and interesting mix of Japanese comfort food and Chinese dim sum. I had the soup dumplings, beef with the rice, spicy beef potstickers and the roast pork buns. My wife had the hot pot with an array of seafood and lamb. Everything was delicious!“

“It was a wonderful experience , considering it is my first time. We had to wait a few minutes to get our table for 4 but that’s okay! The employees were super nice and went out of their way to pull and extra table for us. I loved the authentic atmosphere. The lighting, decor, and the overall feeling of the restaurant was great! And amazing food. My family loved what we ordered and the matcha cheesecake for dessert was so good! Compliments to the chef! I could definitely see myself coming back here again, whether alone or with family or friends. Well done, Nippon Cha!“

“It's a small japanese restaurant but it's comfortable when you dine in.
We pass by many times but didn't go. It used to be another japanese restaurant that have Japanese servers many years ago. We decided to dine in because we didn't have an idea what to eat. Surprisingly it's good.
It's a ramen restaurant. Matcha ramen, Hojicha ramen, shoyu ramen etc. I ordered tsukemen because I never had it before. I like it (I have never had it at other ramen place, so I don't have a preference to compare). Not salty. I also like Ika and the Azuki Matcha espresso.
It's good place to dine.“

“I've been going to this place for months now (maybe a year) and there was something concerning for the 2 times that I went the 1st moment happened when I found a hair in my soup but coincidentally I had a haircut before hand so maybe it was my hair so I brushed it off. But the second time and this was recent 2 days ago Sunday on 01/14/2024 I was order 266 or 226 I ordered a Tonkatsu ramen and as I was nearing the end of me finishing I happen to find a hair once more. I didn't want to say anything. I didn't want to get reimbursed because normally, this never happens. So I'm just giving a heads up to be more careful serving the food. I wish I had taken a photo of it but I did happen to find a hair in my soup. Just be more careful“

“My plus one and I really enjoyed our time here. We had just gotten home from vacation and were in a mood for Ramen and this place did not disappoint.
Let me just say that this place has such a traditional Japanese vibe to it…the staff is warm and welcoming and the food was spectacular.
We had the ramen, both original and spicy and it was very delicious. We also had two Asahi beers and called it a day.
Overall, I will come back to this place more often.“

“So happy to discover this place. My husband and I really enjoy the food, love the fact that they have vegan options. Place is clean and you can even see into the kitchen . Staff polite and professional and the service is fast. Definitely our first choice for noodles.
Vegetarian options: Tofu bun, vegan base broth, plenty of vegetables….etc, etc.“

“Though I can’t get there as often as I'd like, their Lobster Ramen is a must-try! The flavors are incredible, with perfectly cooked noodles and a rich, savory broth that’s unlike anything else. Every bite is a delight. If you’re a ramen lover, this place should definitely be on your list!“

“My experience in this cafe was great as the staff members greeted me kindly, it made me feel like I was actually welcomed into this space. The staff members were also smiling the whole time. As for the Hong Kong Styled Egg waffle, it was great, I enjoyed the crispiness, yet fluffiness of it and it pairs well with whip cream and chocolate.“

“Ramen jin is a quaint little ramen shop close to Queens college and the fresh meadows shopping mall.
The selections are listed on a blackboard with prices so it's easy to order. I've had most of everything in the store and have even made some creations with the owner. Chicken curry for one, add the chicken karage with their veggie curry and you can't go wrong perfect brunch dish.
The appetizers such as the takoyaki and chicken karage are my favorite
The ramen is where they excel, you have the option of regular or spicy on the tonkatsu and miso ramen. Unlimited toppings in my opinion as long as you are ok with the additional charge.. I always opt for a second egg and extra woodear mushrooms.. the ajitsuki tamago (ramen eggs) they make are amazing. The broth on the ramen is flavorful on its own but adding the spicyness takes it to another level.
The dessert options they have are limited but for good reason.
The matcha waffle pictured is enough on its own.
The mochi platter with the added bonus that the owner accommodated my strawberry allergy with the removal of the strawberry mochi was cool and very much appreciated.
The drinks they have on hand are a selection of classic Japanese soft drinks such as ramune! Who can't love ramune!
Also Japanese green tea and your normal drinks such as coke and Sprite.
Ramen jin is generous in its portions and the ambiance and customer service are awesome.
Just look at the Disney Lego castle on display and naruto wall art.
Definitely recommend!“

“OMG!!! I cannot begin to express the sheer happiness I felt while eating at Thai Cookery NY. My partner and I live in New Rochelle NY, where we would frequent our favorite Thai place. 2 years ago they sold it and the food at the new place is awful. For two years we searched and ate at every Thai place in Westchester County. None could match the flavors we had become accustomed to. So yesterday I do what I always did and do a Google search for Thai food with the highest rating. Up pops Thai Cookery!! We headed right over! There is plenty of parking on the street of this very cute town. First thing I noticed was that the place was super cute!! We started with fried tofu and chicken pot stickers. My gf and I immediately looked at each other with huge smiles on our faces!! The flavors were even better than our old place!! The Thai iced tea was on point!! For our entrees we ordered the garlic chicken over rice and Pad Drunken, which they happily replaced the noodles for rice and mixed chicken and shrimp in it, which is the way my gf would always eat it. The presentation was mind blowing!!! We were not expecting that and I can’t even describe the complexity of flavors we were experiencing!! It was mind blowing. I was so happy I told the waitress I wanted to hug her over how happy I was. She went and got one of the owners Tania, who happily gave us both hugs and told us the restaurant has only been open for 6 months. We explained why we were so over the moon over the food. She was so kind and went on to explain how everything is made fresh! Then she tells us they have a second restaurant in NJ, when I ask her where, she tells me Hawthorne. I work 10 minutes from there!!! SCORE!!!! To make it even better, this morning, a coworker who just started working at my company heard me telling someone about this great Thai place and he sends me an email about an amazing Thai place by him in Hawthorne!! I bet you can guess what place that is right!! That’s how great the food is!!! I am over the moon and plan on many many trips to Thai Cookery NY and NJ!! My heart is full!! My Thai loving heart is full♥️♥️♥️“

“Overall a nearly excellent burger in the Shake Shack style can be had here! There's about 20 different styles of burgers with creative combinations. We had the O'dada and double whammy burgers. Both were overall very good with fresh, high quality ingredients and an excellent brioche style roll. The main problem we had was the burgers were a bit too greasy and excessively juicy which kept us from giving a 5 star rating.. It was difficult eating these burgers without making a mess and the fatty juices were flowing out like a fountain. Despite this these are still probably the best burgers in Queens due to high quality ingredients and being very tasty. The service was quick and friendly! Recommended if you're in the area and you're craving a Shake Shack style burger.“

“Very nice restaurant with kind people. We don’t speak korean - but it went just fine with their guidance. The portions are generous and really excellent in quality. Fresh and high quality, and the prices are very good. I will definitely come back again. As noted by others, it’s no longer called Nawabari. Has a Korean sign. Even if you don’t speak Korean, no worries. They are very welcoming and nice! Worth the trip.“

“Absolutely great service, cozy environment, and good food and drinks. Our server was great with recommendations and so friendly.
Happy hour prices are a bonus too!
We had the chicken Kara-age, takoyaki, steamed spicy clams, and variety of yakitori—chicken thigh with scallion, eggplant, shrimp, pork belly with mochi and enoki, and Kuro sausage with green peppers. Drink was “To Yuzu”“

“The ramen here has a rich flavor, and the broth is pure. Many restaurants serve Japanese ramen with broth that's not hot enough, but that's not the case here. Every time, it comes out piping hot, a bowl of authentic and delicious ramen. I'm a loyal fan, and new customers should definitely give it a try.“

“So, I have been trying to try the famous Modoo halal ramen since last ramadan, as always, it was a 30 min wait, understandable they're very busy. We get seated and order our food. There were only two servers for the whole restaurant. We had to keep asking for napkins. Our water was never refilled, and the server forgot the order of the table next to us. The food was incredible, however, which made up for the experience, but seeing as the service was struggling, I was not impressed.“

“This place was better than I thought. I originally was craving some type of Korean wings I thought this place would have that but they really don't because I ended up getting a spam crispy roll thing it's like sushi only with Spam sounds gross but it's actually really good. And some wings. This food was higher quality than I thought even though it was a little expensive it's okay though because you get what you pay for and this food was banging. And I mean BANGING. LIKE WOW. My boba tea was also good I told them to not make it so sweet it was still kind of too sweet for my tasty“

“Chakra was great for a super late sushi delivery craving. The Kani salad was a little meh, but the dumplings and rolls I ordered were all yummy. A little pricey, but as one would expect with the apps and their up charges. The Kurama Roll was my favorite! I'd definitely give them another try.“

“There are certain things I don’t overlook . I can’t cook where I live for me and my 4 year old son so most times I buy food out . I ordered vegetable fried rice and wings and let me tell you I was surprised you gave us enough rice. It was much that it remained like wow . Other places are not like this . Thanks so much i truly appreciate that for 10$ and the food was tasty and fresh ? ?“

“The best Asian fusion takeout I’ve had in a long, long time. We ordered delivery through DoorDash and everything arrived piping hot and fresh. Crab rangoons and scallion pancakes were crispy and flavorful. Tonkatsu and miso ramen were both incredible. Broth was packed separate so the ramen didn’t get soggy. So happy I found this place. “I ordered the tonkatsu ramen, flavor was good but birth was really oily. Also ordered the tatsuta age, the sauce in the side was good but the fried chicken bites were disappointing, it was more the odd batter than chicken. The miso soup was the best part of the meal.“
