“My friend Tom ordered a Genesee cream Ale Bach. I had never heard of Bach. It is fantastic. You could drive by this large stone parking lot and miss the sign that says tavern. We sat outside and watched the bikes on the Lehigh Trail. Perfect!“

“We just had lunch a group of 18 at Salts Restaurant this afternoon and everything was perfect. The atmosphere and service were outstanding even as they also cared for another large party. Due to the snow and the snow plow blocking the ramp a few of us needed help navigating the back entrance stairs. Both Katie and Armando were great helps. They were both very strong and familiar with assisting people. I knew I was in capable hands. And everyone loved their food. The food was plentiful with lots of delicious options. I had the Reuben that was so good. Thanks to the entire staff for a job “well done”!!“

She had the special (turkey BLT wrap) and I had the beef on wick. Food was delicious and the service was top-notch in our book.

“The atmosphere was was great. Our waitress Bella( at the Rochester one) was amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly sling with our hostess and other table help. Was a great experience. The only thing I was disappointed in ( which wasn’t any of these peoples doing) was my porterhouse steak. For the money, it should have been a nice cut. It was an end cut, one that even some stores don’t use…let alone a very upscale restaurant. It was also supposed to be med rare n was med. I didn’t send it back because st least it was pink, but it was well past med rare. My crab cake was very good. The lobster and crab mac and cheese was also very good. I’d definitely recommend and go back. Just not sure if I’d get the porterhouse again. Probably go with just the filet.“

When we returned we were greeted by the manager who offered his apologies for the mishap and offered to give us a free meal for our inconvenience. In summation: A problem resolved! “We had 2 events in the month of February. Meg was my point of contact for both. She has the best communication skills I have ever come across at a restaurant! She was super easy to get ahold of and always answered my questions promptly and efficiently. She was very accommodating with our themed events and made sure the room was set up to meet our needs. The room was organized well and we had ample space for both events that had over 20 people at each one. The food came out quickly and the portions were good and the food was tasty. I enjoyed both my meals and the great service that was provided. When they were made aware of any questions or concerns, they were dealt with quickly, we just had to let them know. There was a discrepancy with the gratuity accidentally being charged 20% for one of the events, but as soon as they were made aware of the situation it was taken care of. They went above and beyond and they will be at the top of my list for my next event!“

Apps we had were Artichoke French, arancini and pot stickers. All fantastic. Entrees were salmon, strip steak and braised spareribs. Sides of mashed potatoes, root veggies and a great rice. Three bottles of red. Five after dinner drinks. $100 per person including tip. All six plan on returning. Highly recommended.“

After telling her it was his birthday, she came back a few minutes later telling us she got a “personal call from Dave & Busters and they wanted to give this very special boy a free play pass”. He was SO excited and it made him feel extra special on his day, so we really appreciate that. He even got a light up ice cube and gummy worms in his drink, and he was so happy.“
