“My husband and two of our friends went for dinner tonight. The drinks were on point, our calamari was delicious, I had the chicken Milanese which I loved, my husband had the casarecce. Our friends had the bolognese pasta dishes and we were all quite satisfied. Can’t wait to come back and try the pizzas!! Highly recommend!“

We learned so many new things today about the farm animals. My children ages 27, 5 and 2 years old all equally enjoyed our morning, what a great family experience. Thank you for the memories. “We got takeout, and it was fantastic. Excellent pizza, feels like it’s a hidden gem of a place there. It costs a bit more, but so does everything else these days. Kids liked it so much that 2 of them have offered to chip in the next time we get it. It’s not so terribly priced that it requires that, but if my ‘tight-fisted unless they really want something’ kids are willing to chip in, then it’s good pizza.“

“I'm from Brooklyn where Paesan's does not have a great reputation, just because it's a chain. So I'd been avoiding it but finally decided to try. Glad I did! The crust is exactly like Brooklyn pizza, just the way I like it. The sauce is sweeter than Brooklyn pizza but that's how most people seem to like it up here. I'll be back for white pizza.“

“First time visit to La Perla in Averill Park, NY Thursday 8/17/23 6:30pm reservation. We came because of the music by The Next Chapter, Alan Saunders & Mike Derrico formerly of the Good for the Soul band that played at our wedding in 2006. They were set up in an nice courtyard at the rear of the restaurant, but an hour later had to move inside due to the rain. Very prompt service by the staff. We ordered drinks and looked over the menu. We settled on two appetizers: eggplant rollatini ($20) and the clams casino ($22). Note: clams are offered in 6 different styles. Italian style entrees from $18-33, more for specialty fish entrees i.e. zuppa de pesce $51. This is a fine dining restaurant offering well prepared and a variety of dinners. Bill was $100. for two meals & four alcoholic beverages. We ended our evening at the unique bar & dining area where we could still see & hear the band. This place also offers overnight accommodations & is an event venue. A very good first visit here. Restaurant Hours of Operation: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 4PM - 9PM Friday & Saturday 4PM - 10PM Sunday 3pm-9pm Restaurant is closed on Tuesdays. Reservations are recommended.
