“10 out of 10 food, service & experience! After myself moving from a larger more populated city it has been difficult to find a full food experience in this region until I found this spot. By far the best salad that I’ve had in the region, great mixologist behind the bar (Jon) and all around friendly staff. And coming from an artist perspective, the decor and ambiance of the space is also a huge win!“

“Traveling home from a wedding in Columbus OH to home in Maine we pinned the halfway point to stop over. We discovered this gem of a restaurant of MJ's on the Susquehanna River in historic Owego, NY. We dined ohe deck by the river. We ate the butter lettuce pockets of vegetables and a Greek salad. DELICIOUS! Having been so sensible with our vegetarian supper we shared the pan cooked chocolate chip cookie with ice cream and caramel sauce. Great service, decor, funk factor, clean and good. We may live 8 hours away, but this dining experience makes it worth returning for. Plus there are plenty of interesting places to see in this part of NY.“

“My children and I stumbled upon your wonderful establishment today after a friend recommended. We shared a few desserts and a milkshake. My son said he had the, “best soup of his life”. The kids couldn’t believe it was all gluten free (they usually complain about mom’s dietary limitations). The service was friendly and the prices were very reasonable. “Me, my husband and a few friends from my local church had a fellowship get together here. The food was delicious and talk about bread, they have the best garlic bread, bread and butter I have ever had. The staff is very courteous and kind. The only bad side is they close early and don’t have a lot for night staffing. I would highly recommend this place for a nice place to eat and have a social get together for lunch. Service is great.“

“Amazing place to go for a drink. I went by myself and was immediately welcomed by everyone there. Bartender was great. Knowledge on drinks I can not speak for but he (steve) was friendly quick and helpful. A great place for regulars and new patrons alike. A place to take your drink and smoke if you are so inclined and the prices are fair for the economy we live in today. I not only recommend jb's I plan to return there again. Small but big hearted.“

An institution in Endwell New York since 1942.Good food at good prices.Tonight I ordered the Southwest Burger with curly fries.The burger topped with: bacon, onion rings, Chipotle mayo, jalapeños, lettuce and tomato.Had a nice taste. The jalapeños and Chipotle mayo, give it the right amount of heat.The bacon and onion rings gave added flavor.The menu has a wide variety of options pizza, wraps, salads, sandwiches, burgers even a kids menu.I even know someone who has a drink named after them at the Galley.Give them a try for good food with a great atmosphere.“
