“This is by far one is the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to the staff is very sensitive to those who have a hearing disabilities and go above and beyond to communicate clearly staff have gone as far as using pendant paper to write things down to communicate with me as well as using their cell phone to text so I can read what they’re trying to say this made me feel really good“

“I typically do a mobile app order for walk-in pick up. Tends to be faster. My orders are always on time & sometimes ready earlier than suggested time. We get frapp's as the Macha is my all time fav! Husband liked the Java chip one but they don't sell it any longer. Always busy but staff is pleasant & inside restaurant is clean.“

“This company brings their delicious coffee to our Wyoming County Fair every year! Can you believe it?! I enjoy it all week long. They retail their great ground and beans also right there. I like a strong brew and they have the best. So I can take some home. But if you prefer something else, they can fix you right up too! Highly recommend!“

“All I have to say is ... Ashley. I've never ordered from your place before maybe because I don't drink coffee? Anyway I work overnights, and decided to stop because the line wasn't around the building as usual(this was at 740 a. m., fyi, on the 16th.)and my kid said to try it so I did... let me tell you she was a breath of fresh air from the first second of contact. Makes you feel heard, important, guided me through my order it was amazing.. the lady at the window was wonderful as well, and brought Ashley to the window so I could tell her that even if I may end up not liking the food(which she hurriedly said is delicious!),I would come order again because of her. She really hits the spot when it comes to early morning blues ..thank you for hiring her, and the staff as well was very quick and everything was delicious, by the way .... Oh if you need to know I ordered 10 timbits, 2 egg and cheese scrambled croissant sandwiches, and a hash brown . Was amazing and I got 2 meals out of it!!

“Located in a large plaza with grocer and Rona hardware, so there's plenty of parking and room to move for my straight truck. I've always been able to just walk in order my black Pike and be out with an a minute or 2. Staff have always been friendly and efficient. I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews but I'm not experiencing what I'm reading.“

Whenever I visit from Canada, I witness him single handedly take care of the drive thru and walk in customers without breaking a sweat.
