“All I have to say is ... Ashley. I've never ordered from your place before maybe because I don't drink coffee? Anyway I work overnights, and decided to stop because the line wasn't around the building as usual(this was at 740 a. m., fyi, on the 16th.)and my kid said to try it so I did... let me tell you she was a breath of fresh air from the first second of contact. Makes you feel heard, important, guided me through my order it was amazing.. the lady at the window was wonderful as well, and brought Ashley to the window so I could tell her that even if I may end up not liking the food(which she hurriedly said is delicious!),I would come order again because of her. She really hits the spot when it comes to early morning blues ..thank you for hiring her, and the staff as well was very quick and everything was delicious, by the way .... Oh if you need to know I ordered 10 timbits, 2 egg and cheese scrambled croissant sandwiches, and a hash brown . Was amazing and I got 2 meals out of it!!
Hope she gets to hear about this, as well as the young blonde lady at the window when I pulled up... Will definitely be back!!!“

“Typical Starbucks overall, however we found that Jalen was an exemplary employee who worked efficiently and with great professionalism. The location was very busy and he managed the customers and the staff diligently. Under pressure, he spoke respectfully to his fellow staff to ensure efficiency, and was announcing who's drink he was making to ensure customers knew they were not forgotten amidst the busy-ness. We felt he deserved recognition as he really impressed us!“

“I recently visited a Tim Hortons and the experience was pretty average. The coffee was okay, but not as fresh as I hoped. It had a slight bitter aftertaste, like it had been hanging around for a while. The donut I ordered was passable, but nothing great—a little dry. The service was also a little slow, even though there weren't many people. The staff didn't seem particularly motivated, and it seemed like they were just doing the minimum. Overall, it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either—just average. I expected a little better, especially given Tim Hortons reputation.“

“My mom and I just came here for breakfast this morning after getting off a flight in the falls- everyone was so friendly here and so nice the food was delicious. Michelle was the sweetest waitress. “Out of this world donuts, pastries and you can get a delicious basic breakfast sandwich too. The place was clean, well staffed and had cute decor. It's not your typical coffee shop, was bright and more like a coffee shop in a mall setting. You really want to love it since the eats are delicious but it may be a place to grab and go to your favorite spot near the falls. I love a good coffee and it was pretty good, the iced tea was well made also. The falls are so close you could grab a bite and go walk the park. Twisted Glazed Donut for the win! Bacon, egg and cheese was amazing.

3 for atmosphere because it seemed just too cafeteria style, mall food court for me where it could have such a better vibe.
