“Last Sunday we were looking for a casual place to have a light dinner. The Broken Inn fit the bill and more! We had the Deluxe Burger which was perfect cooked and stacked with fresh tomato and lettuce onion & choice of cheese. The brioche bun was delicious too! The Caprese Salad was excellent as well say the Caprese Flatbread both with a drizzle of thick tasty balsamic vinegar. Everything was excellent just what we were looking for! A small casual dinner with excellent food and drinks!!“

“My husband is a breakfast connoisseur and said this is the best breakfast he has had ANYWHERE! The Rocky Mountain Benedict’s was delicious and the Cherry Amaretto pancakes were to die for!! “Broadway lunch has been one of my favorite places for years. Their to go orders are always perfect and always hot and very quickly prepared and ready. They have the best hotdogs and meat sauce, onion rings and coleslaw! That’s my number one order! I should branch out more, I am sure they have many more wonderful things on the menu. Along time ago I used to get their Buffalo chicken wrap which was heaven! With onions, tomatoes and the Buffalo wing sauce. Sooo good!“

“This restaurant is Schenectady’s Best kept secret. I’ve been there several times for lunch and it never disappoints. The service is spot on from when you walk in the door, no pun intended but I’m in a wheelchair(handicap accessible) to when you are leaving, opening doors and exchanging goodbye pleasantries. The place itself is immaculate, shiny floors, beautiful atmosphere, great background music and above all delicious food you know is prepared to order. While being there for lunch, I ordered off the dinner menu with no problem, as the staff is extremely accommodating. The menu includes a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate.
Next time you’re looking for a great, quiet and delicious place for lunch or dinner, give Chez Nous a try you will not be disappointed. They have private spacious rooms for small private events and I will reiterate the place is spotless and extremely comfortable with GREAT FOOD!

“We came to Innovo Kitchen to give a restaurant Review under Phantom Gourmet Travel and I had the North Shore roast beef sandwich with garlic parm tater tots have to say WOW hands down delicious and my business partner had The Monte Cristo Burger with chopped salad WOW delicious Hands down 💯 on both dishes. The service from Lia M. is absolutely incredible, The Atmosphere is amazing, customer's seem to enjoy it because it's almost a full house! We spoke with some customer's in the parking lot and we got awesome feedback! We recently experienced their Food Truck Also! The Homemade Dark Chocolate Bark with Cranberries and Almonds that they make in House they give you when they give you your bill is absolutely delicious and they should sell that for customer's to purchase!“

“The Charlton Tavern has a rustic pub charm vibe throughout. The French Onion Soup is outstanding!! We went on a Tuesday (not super busy) night for dinner, we had reservations (which I highly recommend). Three of us orders burgers, which were cooked to perfection, fries and onion rings. The other two in our party ordered fried haddock, perfect crispy outside with a great crunch. Chocolate Mousse (smoothie, rich and creamy) and Chocolate lava cake (decadent chocolate lovers treat) for dessert rounded out our meal. Definitely plan to go back to experience more of their menu.“

“Wow! What a busy night! These should be nothing but compliments for the staff, in the front of the house, and behind the scenes. It seems the autumn light show down the road has had quite an impact. We went on a whim, disregarded the suggested reservations, but were able take seats right away at the end of the bar. Best of both worlds....A little bit of patio atmosphere and dining room comfort as the temperatures began to drop. And a glimpse at the extra hard work involved this evening. Praises to Jennifer as she greeted us, offered us something to drink, and advised us if we were ordering there would be an extended wait, (a large number of parties, and parties with a large number of people, seem to have arrived all at once). She said she would rather be up front with people than to have them disappointed with a wait. The expected delay was explained to every party that entered following us It was amazing to watch the coordinated efforts of the three waitresses working as a team. There was no time for idle chit chat while disregarding the needs of customers, but there was still time for smiles and laughter. Work behind the counter was fast, deliberate, efficient and the customers had no sense of stress or overwhelm. Each interaction I overheard was friendly and attentive. Another thing that I was impressed with, especially sitting at a bar, is that with an extended wait, those who were drinking, alcoholic beverages , were not pushed or encouraged to purchase more than usual to fill the time. Therefore the environment around us remained the same. Our meals came in the time projected, (mine a crock of french onion soup and my husband, a Roadhouse burger with onion rings.) Each item as tasty as we have come to expect. I just wanted to take a minute and thank everyone for an enjoyable evening.“

“Instead of recommending the restaurant or not I wish I could rate it with stars. I would give a 3.75 the food was the good. The service was good. The atmosphere was good. Nothing was stand out amazing. For the price I would think the entrees would come with a salad or bread for the table but they do not. Drinks of course were expensive as anywhere but I got the smallest pour of wine I’ve probably ever received. We went for a special occasion and I wish we would have went somewhere else. Maybe I’ll try again with friends again for lunch and hope for a better experience.“

“This is by far my favorite coffee shop in Telkwa and Smithers. I probably spend far too much money then I should here, but I absolutely love it. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is great, and don't even get me started on the coffee and the food. I don't know if I've had anything that I didn't like from here. I've tried pretty much everything from the pies, meat pies, the freshly made sourdough bread that is just delicious, and the burgers on Fridays. You also have things like the cookies, the brownies and so much more. On top of all of that there's even a lot that I have yet to try, the ice cream being one of them. She even went on vacation for a couple of weeks and that was probably the longest couple of weeks without a good coffee. Oh yeah and I almost forgot, the breakfast wraps are absolutely delicious. You got to try them. Try anything try everything try it all, I'm sure you'll love it.“

“As we were staying at the hotel next to it, we ate there twice. The first time night, we were looking for something in the lighter side and chose French Onion Soup and small Caesar salads. The soup was delicious, with great depth; the salad was nicely done and included a perfect number of (requested) anchovies. The second night, we were ready for something more hearty. Hubby chose lobster Mac and cheese which was creamy and packed with lobster and deep flavor. I had the prime rib, also delicious. The mashed potatoes, veggies (carrots and green beans) and popover were just ok. Service was pretty slow; but in fairness, the main room was very busy and the ballroom was hosting a wedding reception. It was extremely noisy; but the historic building was warm and inviting.“

Food choices were plentiful. The waitress was excellent. I only had a few concerns and I had ordered this ham and cheese appetizer and it basically was just cooked bread. with minimal ham and cheese on the top. A bit disappointing. Also, that was served lukewarm. I had eggs, Benedict and that was delicious, but also did arrive not as hot as I had anticipated. My family said that everything that they ordered was fine and they truly enjoyed it.“

“A great day today with a dear friend who has finally moved back to the Albany area.🥰 We have been friends for decades, and I even visited her when she lived in Denver, Colorado. We had a great lunch at Cafe Madison on Northern Boulevard in Albany. She had a yogurt parfait with granola, and fresh fruit, all topped off with enough whipped cream to blanket this group. 🤣 I had a salad of mixed baby greens, walnuts, dried cranberries,poached pears, goat cheese, and a delicious apple cider vinaigrette. “Stopped in for an early dinner on a Saturday. It was quiet for a Saturday. The service was excellent and the food was outstanding. I hadn’t been there in a couple of years, so we decided to stop in. They usually have some terrific specials in addition to the menu. Patrick will always give great advice on what to try. My wife had a huge lobster roll and I had a panko encrusted baked cod. Both were specials and both were terrific. While it’s a bit out of the way, it’s a great spot. The deck is covered and overlooks the 18th green of the golf course. Very enjoyable.“

“Its date night , so we stopped for dinner before the STYX concert and our waiter Shawn ( Sean?) was superb ! Ordered a Peach Bellini that was dynamite ! Like a frozen dessert ! Hubby had a pineapple mule that was stupendous also . The fish tacos were very good ...texture and taste were spot on . The fish and chips were excellent . The fried fish was delightfully light , not heavy . The coleslaw was bland but everything else was yummy . And finally, we had to get dessert . Decided on pineapple upside down cheesecake . “11-14-2025 My mom had a hair appt close by today so I picked her up to have lunch at The Bellvue Cafe. She had chicken soup and a Rueben with fries. She raved about all of it. Some of the best chicken soup around imo. The fries were nice and crispy on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside. I loved seeing her enjoying all of her meal! I had chicken soup and the brisket pot roast. The carrots, onions, celery and taters were all cooked perfectly and not mush. The brisket was so tender I just used my fork. Mom took half her soup and Rueben home as she couldn’t finish it all. She did enjoy the rice pudding with whipped cream for dessert too. What an enjoyable day! 10 outta 10!!!!“
