They really understand takeout and pack the sauces and liquids separately so the food doesn't become soggy. The sushi and sashimi are prepared to order but they are very efficient and the wait time is not so long. Mizu is a huge step up from the usual asian takeout. It's restaurant quality.“

“The staff upfront is so nice. She politely answered all my questions and helped me understand the menu. I ordered the coconut smoothie and the coconut mango milk. The coconut smoothie is so light and refreshing for the heat, definitely good for someone who doesn’t like super sugary drinks. The coconut mango milk is so delicious and you get to choose the sweetness. I also ordered the general tsp bento box and it came with a lot of stuff. Good portion sizing I really liked everything I ordered. Also when ordering the food they let you put an allergy which is super accommodating. I will be back.“

“I bought bubble tea and shrimp fried rice. The bubble tea was standard. I do not recommend the fried rice. They gave me yellow rice with fried onions, a few green peas and and small bleached out shrimp. Fried rice should be white rice with sauteed vegetables plus the soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, scallions, cabbage etc. Where is the standard?“

“Easily the best in Farmingdale! My wife and I have been coming here for years, tried almost everything on the menu, it's all delicious! Our order is always ready fast, and always correct. When we want a quick and easy weeknight dinner, or we're ordering for a big group, we call here! Our go-to's are the Thai style chicken with green beans and the chicken in garlic sauce, but the classics like General Tso's and spare ribs are amazing here too.“

It’s tough to come across a Chinese restaurant that truly delivers every time as most are hit or miss. But Jasmine House is a total gem. The Chinese food is fantastic, and the Thai food is a home run too! The meats are high quality as there is no fat or cartilage. What really sets this place apart is their consistency. Most sushi restaurants I’ve frequented over the years are inconsistent with quality and freshness—which is what got me to try Taku in the first place and I’ve never looked back! I went here for a good dinner and was able to try a good spread of sushi for a reasonable cost.We started with the pork gyoza, which was nice and pan-fried with a side of the classic ginger sauce. For rolls, we tried the Philly roll, atlantic beach roll, pink panther roll, and million dollar roll. All fresh and tasty, but nothing really stood out above the rest.I would recommend this place for some good choices of sushi.
