“Ok so people don’t understand how to rate an establishment on Google… people, your rating needs to be based on where you are and relative to that environment: if you’re in a mall looking for fine dining… guess what? You’re not going to be happy (generally speaking). Likewise, if you’re in an airport and want cheap, high quality food… guess what? You’re going to be disappointed.

Gusto is not cheap, but it is high quality, handmade food, with what seem to be high quality ingredients. Furthermore, the staff and ambiance/seating/atmosphere of Gusto is a 10/10 (for an airport). They do a terrific job here. Had the chicken pesto panini (and three beers) and it was fabulous. Will eat here again.“

“Every Starbucks is different but a lot of places create a great environment, Pennfield on route 441 is the best one I have been too, followed by; Irondequoit, NY, and Mt Hope Avenue, NY route 15? However competitive places have been getting better and providing great coffee at lower prices.... Food is always consistent but prices are ridiculous for the portion size, so that's why I only rated it a 3. Buy a French press from Starbucks for home, with it's protective covering it prevents easy breakage by all glass units from popular brands.... I look at Starbucks as more of a treat.“

“I love this Starbs location. Easy to access from East Henrietta or Calkins Rd. Store is clean and well maintained, and staff is incredibly friendly. Today's visit was a drive-thru visit - I have had a difficult few weeks and just needed a pick me up. The lady at the drve-thru window was incredibly nice and I told her I appreciated her kindness.My Frappucino was delicious, and my cookie was perfect. I don't go to Starbucks often due to the cost, but I like stopping here for a treat.“

Although I've had a few orders missing something I order here a lot so it's far and few in between, could chalk it up to not speaking loud enough into the drive thru speaker too.

Every time I've made sure to speak up and confirm what I ordered before pulling up I've always gotten everything I ordered.

“It's a super clean place with people on their laptops at every table. Orders get out relatively quickly despite long lines (you'll wait ten minutes tops from line to drink-in-hand). The only downside is this place doesn't accept Starbucks rewards points for free drinks, etc., hence the four instead of five star rating.“

“This is my favorite location of Tim Hortons. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I was having issues with the app and the cashier took the time to help me with it. The egg, cheese and sausage on the pretzel bagel is always made perfectly. Never been here any other time than the morning on a weekday but their morning crew is some of the best.“

“First time I came here I had a bad experience and at the time, they JUST opened and I wasn’t giving them grace. I found out a girl I have known for a while runs this store and she felt terrible for my experience. Honestly I was being over dramatic. Needless to say I went back and haven’t gone to another Dunkin since. This is the best Dunkin in Greece. Food is fresh, coffee always on point. I loveeee the staff and the store is clean! “The only issues I have had going through the drive thru is that sometimes they do not get special requests correct (switch in water for lemonade). Today, I went inside for the first time. It was extremely busy (expected). What I didn't expect was for the group in front of me not to have their order after 15 minutes of waiting. I had to walk out after paying to make it to work on time. I guess doing mobile orders is more important than filling orders of people actually physically there because that never dropped below 5 finished orders. SMH.“
