“The Long Pond Road Tim’s is probably the best one. The service is always consistent and the coffee and baked goods are always fresh.

We ordered a Dark Roast Coffee, Cinnamon Cruffin and a Cinnamon Coffee Cake.

The Cruffin was absolutely DELISH! Loved the warm cinnamon in the middle. If I had known it was going to be that tasty I would have gotten more!“

“Our second time coming to the Mad Hatter Restaurant and Bakery. This time we came with our four granddaughters. This is a good choice as our granddaughters like vegetarian food and gluten-free options. This is a unique local restaurant you feel like you’re going down a rabbit hole with Alice. Limited parking which is why we walked from the George Eastman Museum which we just visited. I highly recommend the Mad Hatter if you’re in the city.“

“I worked for silo for a while. the staff is great so are the cooks. they can push food out fast! the wait can be longer then expected if you have over 8 people for a party! you will not get setted untill all your party's are there due to how big the party. its easier for the staff to take all the orders at once, get all the food out at once. the bartender are amazing who make all the drink 🍸. keep in mind that it does get busy throughout the day! Please be patient with the staff that are working. they are doing they're best. I miss my crew in the back of the house! might have to stop by with candy for the staff! “Not only is the coffee always perfect but the staff at this Tim's is the friendliest ive seen, and I have been to many Tims. I work close by so often eat both breakfast and lunch here. I love the ice cap and breakfast sandwiches, but I go here mostly because customers are treated so well.“

So if you want to work on your laptop for 45 minutes or let the Internet babysit your kids for you while you day- dream of what your life was like before they were born, then you might want to drive on. “It's a super clean place with people on their laptops at every table. Orders get out relatively quickly despite long lines (you'll wait ten minutes tops from line to drink-in-hand). The only downside is this place doesn't accept Starbucks rewards points for free drinks, etc., hence the four instead of five star rating.“

“This is my favorite location of Tim Hortons. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I was having issues with the app and the cashier took the time to help me with it. The egg, cheese and sausage on the pretzel bagel is always made perfectly. Never been here any other time than the morning on a weekday but their morning crew is some of the best.“
