“We've been coming to the reading room since it opened. We are big fans of the coffee bar especially the hot lattes. We had one yesterday that was delicious, creamy, smooth and had divine chocolate notes. Cup sizing is great too (small = 2 shots, medium = 3 shots, large = 4 shots). They do coffee right in a way that most coffee shops do not!! Staff are always welcoming and kind. Wonderful seating on front porch. Book selection is also great and they will order any book for you! They are the best :)“

“I've passed by this place several times and never thought to go in—thank God I finally did. This is a true Italian deli. My mother, who is full Italian, was in awe of the items they had—it brought back memories of her childhood. I ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich, and it was fantastic—one of the best I've ever had. “I am by no means overly familiar with Dunkin Donuts, but I have certainly been to locations of this franchise that leave a lot to be desired.

Stopping in on a whim, I was genuinely shocked at how nice the interior looked. The donuts were showcased beautifully, I loved the “bar style” coffee pour, and most importantly this Dunkin was CLEAN.

Service was great and while I am a Starbucks girlie, I was happy with my bagel and chai.

The bagel seemed quite “dark” for cinnamon raisin, but was toasted fine. The chai could have tasted “spicier,” but was hot and fine for what it was. For $9.07, I’m not complaining.

While the location is a tad awkward, give this Dunkin a try. Despite the mixed reviews, they seem to be doing some things right.“

“Had the honor and pleasure of meeting Anthony and his partner last week at the local Mahopac Farmers market and a true gentleman! Tried the signature blend and instantly hooked! Brought it home threw it through my French press and gave it time to steep. Pressed it and sat it for a few minutes and out of this world. Deep rich flavor, amazing aroma with a nutty bold taste! “I stopped by Starbucks this week and had a great experience. Rachel took my order and she was so friendly and patient, even though it was so busy. I appreciated how the workers here make sure your drink is how you like it, and recommend drinks you may end up liking. It’s little things like that that make me want to come back. Although they get busy and packed.“

I really like this Dunkin Shop.  They do have the best coffee and tea.  I also love their grilled cheese sandwich, with extra cheese for extra gooeyness.  I like the donuts, although I don't have them often.  The muffins are very good, but they don't have some of them all the time.  I loved the apple cider donuts too, before they ran out of the mix to make them.  They should definitely bring them back this fall because pumpkin everything is getting old.  They should also bring back the cheese bagel twists. They never have them anymore.  The breakfast sandwiches are good and I get them occasionally.  The bagels are not my favorite.  They seem kind of hard most of the time and they should be soft and squishy.  They should try to work on that because they always seem stale.  The croissants are good, not as good as a croissant made in France, but not bad.  I like the new sourdough bread that they have now.  The avocado toast is very good.  I don't like the sundried tomatoes though.  They should try to build on the avocado toast because it is so popular with healthy people.  I use to like the egg white veggie flatbread but they don't have that all the time now.  They should try to add new things to the menu because people like diversity alot in the items they choose for breakfast, lunch or dinner.  I don't like that they changed their rewards program.  It is a step backwards even tho they added new items to choose from.  They had one of the best customer appreciation rewards program before and now it is perceived as a take away with not getting as many points towards free drinks.“

We wanted to try a few items so I put my order in through Grubhub and got a call 5 minutes later from Matthew at Kibberia to tell me how awesome my order was and to thank me for choosing their restaurant. If you have an order, they will give it to you in the order of the order queue.-3 The conditions of the rein deteriorate over time, maybe there is not much budget (but why take photos of all the old parts? Is everything fine at home? )-4 complain about the "rude" or "ignorant" attention but you get up and go to your office while they have been there for hours and with PEOPLE WHO THINK THEY HAVE TO GIVE THEM THINGS 3 SECONDS AFTER ORDERING !!! -4 It is not the worker's fault if they make a mistake WHEN YOU CHANGE THE ORDER MORE THAN 3 TIMES BECAUSE YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT YOU OR YOUR FRIENDS WANT. -5 You get angry because your order takes a long time... well that happens when you SEE A BUSY STORE AND STILL ORDER MORE THAN 6 THINGS!! -6 Why do you only say when ordering "medium coffee" or any size? They literally have many ways to prepare coffee and you expect them to guess what you want without saying just that? When you were little you hit your head a lot, right? -6 Speak clearly, the cashier is not a lip reader to understand you with a low voice!!!-7If you want to talk, call your partner or a friend BUT DON'T BE ANGRY BECAUSE THE CASHIER FOCUSES ON HIS JOB AND HE DON'T WANT TO TALK TO YOU!!!!--8why do some flirt with younger workers? ☠️ .-9 You don't like the prices? “An excellent place to buy bagels. We go there every year to get our Cheistmas bagels. These bagels are fresh and so delicious. We also love their bacon and scallion cream cheese. The people there are so nice. Can't ask for a better place.“

“Best McDonald’s I have been too in awhile, burger tasted good and wasn’t just slapped together and messy, staff all tucked in shirts and not like they hated life. Food was freshly cooked and clean not a piece of trash on the floor. Person always checking at the front to see if people eating inside needed anything instead of avoiding the counter. Great experience here“
