“Haven’t been here in a while and am so happy I went today! The updates to the menu and coffee are 👌🏻 They use Flux Coffee (IYKYK) so I already knew I in good hands. I had the creme brûlée latte today and it was exactly what I was craving. I’ll be back for a Matcha latte later this week, my favorite and it looks like they make a great one. I also have to mention: as a mom of a little one, it’s hard to find stroller accessible places in town where you not only can conveniently roll right in but you fit/don’t feel like you’re in others way (also IYKYK). There is so much room here and the atmosphere is inviting. The service is also 10/10. Highly recommend!”

“Wonderful experience dining at the new Arlo restaurant. The renovation is absolutely incredible. You want to walk around just to admire how beautiful it all looks. The food and service was next level - reminding us of what you’d experience in NYC. Our guests raved about their duck entree, their boeuf bourguignon pot pie was outstanding, the oysters were fresh and delicious, great craft cocktails, and outstanding waitstaff. We had high expectations and they were exceeded. Looking forward to going back.”

“Fabulous lunch menu with equally fabulous taste and wait service. What a pleasant surprise dining at The Purple Elephant. I ordered the steak tacos and could not believe how delicious they were. Outstanding menu choices. My friend ordered the shrimp tacos and was equally pleased. We were too full for dessert but did look at the menu and each item looked better than the next. Great view of the Britannia Marina as well. Armand was our waiter and he could not have been more attentive and friendly. We will be back!!!”

“I dined at this restaurant with three other friends on Sunday, 8/17. We had food off of the $37 menu. It is a three-course dinner. I had the Fried Calamari, done perfectly, Filet Mignon, also done perfectly, and chocolate ice cream dessert. The food and service were over the top. They also have a party room that can hold 70 people. I highly recommend SYMI for your dining pleasure. Enjoy.”

“My wife and I walked in for dinner without a reservation maybe two months ago at around 6:30 on a Saturday. Since the wait was a bit longer than usual we were kindly given a plate of Edamame on the house. That's when we noticed that our server was working the entire dining room by herself after another called in sick last-minute.Being short staffed is a challenge on any night but this was a packed house on Saturday night with a large number of take-out orders flowing and the team stepped up with impressive dexterity. Given the circumstances mistakes can happen but we didn't notice any.Our meals were delicious, creative and beautiful. We've since returned several times for the great food but the real triumph that night was how well everyone in the front house performed.

“Love Venus! Staff is amazing, food is so good. It really tastes like authentic greek food. I brought my kids here and the staff was so kind, playing with them and making our experience great. I would recommend the Lemon Egg soup and Gyro Sandwich - seriously so good and can’t wait to go back!”

“I love this place, much better than other delis in the area. However, they are a bit more pricey than the others. Bagels are always delicious and the staff are always friendly and kind. One big reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because the staff do not change their gloves regularly. They will touch cash, the register, other things around the store, and then go touch your bagel. Disgusting! Either have 1 hand for food and the other for money or just change your gloves between orders.”

“Artie the owner is a bin vivant, greets every customer warmly and enjoys every minute in his place. It shows through the service, the food and the atmosphere of the place. The waitresses are wonderful - mine read the menu for me and translated the dish names (which are in German) and explained each dish. I asked for something that wasn't quite on the menu, and she said she would figure it out. I had the beef rouladen and she brought a side of mushrooms, which went perfectly with the roulade sauce. The desserts are good, the bathrooms upstairs (something to note if you have trouble with stairs), but overall - it's a great restaurant.”

“The service was great, the lobster ,filet and mussels were excellent. My only disappointment was that I expecting the fish sandwich to be fresh fish and it was just a prebreaded and frozen. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great. I mentioned my observation to the manager and he was very appreciative and helpful. Overall we had a nice time out on the front patio. The service was very prompt and friendly.”
