“The food is great and the customer service is top notch. The lady behind the counter helped me and was very nice. The young man should get a promotion he is very knowledgeable about the items on the menu and I saw him help a customer who was having car trouble in the parking lot and as he was walking back indies, picked up a wrapper that someone had dropped, ensuring the establishment is clean. You can tell he really cares about this place. There was another man who works here who also assisted the patron. It really shows that they are dedicated to customer service here and value their customers and take pride in their work.”

“Well this place is very cute and I will return but almost $5.00 for a small coffee? They also actually charged me 75 cents for a tiny cup of half and half that I asked for. Nobody does this! Do you want to be successful? Rethink this.

“Wonderful experience dining at the new Arlo restaurant. The renovation is absolutely incredible. You want to walk around just to admire how beautiful it all looks. The food and service was next level - reminding us of what you’d experience in NYC. Our guests raved about their duck entree, their boeuf bourguignon pot pie was outstanding, the oysters were fresh and delicious, great craft cocktails, and outstanding waitstaff. We had high expectations and they were exceeded. Looking forward to going back.”

“We had a 5:15 dinner reservation and the restaurant was empty. Our waitress was friendly, fast and knowledgeable. The food came out quick even though the restaurant started to fill up. The food was delicious and the portions too big to eat in one sitting. Nice for date night.”

“I dined at this restaurant with three other friends on Sunday, 8/17. We had food off of the $37 menu. It is a three-course dinner. I had the Fried Calamari, done perfectly, Filet Mignon, also done perfectly, and chocolate ice cream dessert. The food and service were over the top. They also have a party room that can hold 70 people. I highly recommend SYMI for your dining pleasure. Enjoy.”

“I never see more than 1 table occupied whenever I come to pick up take out. And they aren’t the most punctual, as I once waited an additional 20 minutes past the estimated pick up time suggested by DoorDash.

However, I love their food. Gen Chou, boneless ribs, egg fried rice, egg drop soup…. what can I say? I like eggs.

“Highly recommend this spot for all vegan and lactose intolerant folks. This is the only carvel that I know of that carries oatly dairy-free ice cream. We tried the vegan pistachio soft serve and it was probably one of the best desserts ever. This flavor goes perfect in a cone. She also had dairy-free (vegan) hard ice cream flavors including cookies and cream and peanut butter with some sort of chunks. Will be returning to try more flavors. There really is not advertisement that this spot has vegan options, so I wanted to write a review to let everyone know!”

“Love Venus! Staff is amazing, food is so good. It really tastes like authentic greek food. I brought my kids here and the staff was so kind, playing with them and making our experience great. I would recommend the Lemon Egg soup and Gyro Sandwich - seriously so good and can’t wait to go back!”

We take friends and family there whenever we can, they actually took another order to go of the pasta they had because it was that good. Pizzas are made in a brick oven imported from Italy and it makes all the difference. When people love what they do it shines through and La Porta is a gem”

Julia was top notch. she is an asset to the restaurant. amazing server and just so on the ball and kind and knowledgeable. food was stellar tuna appetizer and sushi tuna bowl for dinner. excellent. drinks!!! perfect. “Was craving a hearty meal potatoes and gravy so we decided to stop here for dinner. For appetizers we had the clams casino that had so much flavor! For dinner we ordered the famous sauerbraten with mashed potatoes and red cabbage my husband ordered pork schnitzel! Sauerbraten was so tender and the gravy was spot on! We cleaned our plates. For dessert we had the Black Forest cake which was the perfect ending! The atmosphere was great loved how all the waitresses wore cute German Dresses. We kept saying we felt like we were out of state! Live piano player and singer. Overall we will be back again!!”

“I love this place, much better than other delis in the area. However, they are a bit more pricey than the others. Bagels are always delicious and the staff are always friendly and kind. One big reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because the staff do not change their gloves regularly. They will touch cash, the register, other things around the store, and then go touch your bagel. Disgusting! Either have 1 hand for food and the other for money or just change your gloves between orders.”

“The service was great, the lobster ,filet and mussels were excellent. My only disappointment was that I expecting the fish sandwich to be fresh fish and it was just a prebreaded and frozen. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great. I mentioned my observation to the manager and he was very appreciative and helpful. Overall we had a nice time out on the front patio. The service was very prompt and friendly.”
