Mike was an exceptional tour guide explaining the entire process of making gin/vodka/whiskey in a very clear and engaging manner. He talked us through tastings and was very helpful in finding a bottle that suited our tastes. Would highly recommend visiting this warm and homey place!“

“BEST TACOS ON THE NORTH SHORE. We stumbled into Ditch solely by chance and we are so happy we did. It’s a breath of fresh air for a rather stale Main Street in PJ. Very beachy vibes, feels more south shore LI than snobby north shore which is probably why I love it so much. The menu has a little bit of everything and everything we saw coming out of the kitchen looked amazing. We ordered tacos, five different tacos so we could try a bit of everything. From the perfect corn tortilla to the pineapple toppings, everything was fresh and delicious. The owner Tracy came over to welcome us to his new spot and express his gratitude for giving the new spot a chance. Our server Brennan was working a busy lunch shift mostly solo and he still delivered a top notch experience. Very happy with our new discovery and we can’t wait to go back!“
