“Walked in for the first time today, and let me tell you the food options are great. I was treated with a smile and the staff was kind in explaining the portions , prices and food options. I took my order (Ox tail and arroz con gandules) to go. But once I got home and took that first bite (Aww Mann), I instantly knew this was only the beginning of many more food orders to come.As of now I highly recommend this place.Note: this is more of a takeout spot as they only have 2 tables.“

“Great food and great service. The food reminds me of home and is reasonably priced. We keep coming back for the ox tail stew, ribs, beef steak, porkchops, dumplings and the boneless chicharonnes de pollo. Most meals are served with white or yellow rice and beans or vegetables. If you want to try something different, they have the beef liver and squid ink fried rice which remind me of squid ink Paella. The combination meals are a great option to try out different dishes. The staff and owners always greet you with a warm welcome.“

“We were supposed to eat at another restaurant, Anny, but when we got there, they informed us that they would only accept cash. Yet there was no ATM. We started walking on 116th, looking for an ATM. Instead, we found this place to eat. It's a buffet style place with only one booth style table. The best thing was that the food was good and the price was right.“

Ordered combo three and it came with ALOT of food. The pernil (roast pork) was great, the bistec was just ok. Good flavor but a little tough. Yellow rice and red beans were excellent. The platanos had good flavor but I like them a little wetter and softer. Oxtail was very good.

Empanadas were also solid. I’ve had better but these weren’t bad.

Not the best Dominican food I’ve ever had but this definitely satisfies a craving and nothing like it in the area.

“Zoralie is a neighborhood staple and tastes like your grandmothers cooking! We did catering from them for 125 people at a baby shower and everything was AMAZING! Our guest could not stop complimenting the food. They took care of us with the portions and price was definitely reasonable. The mixed platter was good in terms of portion size and variety of food, but it wasn't very flavorful. Will try this place again and see if going earlier will have a different tune“

I recommend my favorite, which is a chicken sandwich with the rotisserie chicken on hero bread with the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, jalapeño, mayonnaise and avocado. Your belly will thank you for the fulfilling-ness of this meal. I also get a smoothie with papaya, apple, pineapple, orange and cayenne pepper.

The mofongo was dry even w/sauce and my mom’s salmon was overcooked.
