“Just had an unreal Dominican feast at The Rock Restaurant in Ozone Park (91-17 Liberty Ave) 🇩🇴🔥 This casual spot is serving up some serious flavor with a mix of American and Spanish eats—from steam-table classics to a la carte favorites.

I went all in with a plate stacked with Moro de Habichuelas, Bistec Encebollado, Chicharrones, and Maduros — every bite was better than the last. Rich flavors, tender steak, crispy chicharrones, and those sweet plantains hit perfectly. 💯

And let’s talk dessert… their Tres Leches is baked in-house and was absolutely next level — moist, creamy, and just the right sweetness. 🤯🍰

“Marbella continues to be a Bayside gem, it never disappoints. From the delicious sangria, to the great appetizers and main courses, the menu offers great choices. I try different dishes every time but my staple is always the Paella Valenciana, sometimes with added lobster, sometimes not, depending on what else was ordered. “I've been to Cecily at least six times since it opened and consider it simply the best restaurant in NY right now. Last night we had ten of the twelve dishes on offer and they were all brilliant and different. The staff is lovely and the pricing is more than reasonable given the excellent value.

Consider this, The Four Horsemen, with its Michelin Star is OK but you can go there and not be swept away by any particular dish and somehow the overall impression is that you're supposed to feel lucky to be there. Cecily blew us away with dish after dish. There was no riding on laurels. Each dish was carefully and lovingly composed. There's an artist in the kitchen and the management has clearly worked hard to field a staff that likes working together and cares about guests. HOORAY!“

“This was our 1st visit to Mr Fire. We loved the way the place was decorated, plenty of space at tables, booths and bar. Great art and very clean. It was early Sunday afternoon, there was a buffet for $49.99 per person or you could order off the menu which we chose to do . There was a dj, DJ Joseph Loveras, who played the best music and had us dancing in our seats!!! He really made our visit so much fun!
Now the food, we started with Beef Nachos which we gave a 5 out of 10. The meat was mushy, there were no toppings except meat, cheese and quac. We asked for sour cream but it was spoiled. Caesar salad was ok but the chicken was bland and dry, the oxtail was just ok.
Service was ok. Our server was nice but I think she may also have been the bartender so her attention was split and it was more of a drop and go.
Gratuity is already figured into your check which I almost didn't see. I live in a different state so that is usually only for parties of 6 or more here but it's fine. There is also a 4% charge for using a card which I'm not crazy about.“
