The bakery is frequented by locals who are in a hurry and know what they want. The only list of bread items is on the website so I suggest you check that out before going. The pastries and cookies are magnificent, especially the Italian assortment This is a must for food lovers!.“

“Lifelong Palisades resident, and have loved the 9W Market/The Filling Station since it opened back in 2011! A HUGE improvement over the previous ownership when it was called the Palisades Market which opened in the spring of 2010 and was only open for a few months and then closed. I was so disappointed with the Palisades Market because it lacked a decent food selection and this community needed something so much more. Luckily, the owners of the 9W Market have done such an amazing job! I’ve never had a bad meal here! The ingredients are high quality and super fresh! The atmosphere and ambiance is very relaxing and tranquil! Love the bistro theme on the indoor side and picnic theme by the filling station burger stand. Not to mention, the burgers are the best I’ve ever had! Made with high quality grass fed beef! This is gourmet nyc restaurant style food right in our local neighborhood! Keep up the great work!“

“In 2024, the Monsey area is filled with catering establishments, take-out store, and bakeries, and yet Glaubers, which has been here forever, is still the best. They have catered kiddushin and a wedding for us and we were always greatly satisfied. There is usually a long line at this location but the employees are pretty fast so the wait is never more than 5-10 minutes. It would be nice if there were places to sit inside the establishment.“

Jess was prompt and helpful in her communications, giving color and design thoughts for my vague idea of "bears," to help set my order. When I picked up the desserts, everything was packaged so securely I had no concern about getting it home safely. Most importantly, everything tasted and looked absolutely amazing! The cake was beautiful (Cookie Monster cake on the right) , exactly as I described and delicious. We went with red velvet - cake was MOIST and cream cheese frosting was perfect. Filomena even accommodated my last minute request for cake colors. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.“

“I come here atleast once a week and my boyfriend comes here 2-3 times a week. All of their croissants are amazing. I love the apple and the almonds croissant. My boyfriend is obsessed with the chocolate croissants. I believe all of them are under $4 which is pretty good considering how large they are. They also have coffee, juice, cake, cookies, arepas and breakfast platers. Great for a quick bite before work. Been coming here for a little over a year.“

I have to give credit where credit is due. This was one of the best pies I’ve ever eaten. The piecrust alone was amazing and that strawberry rhubarb filling was so delicious. They have many treats and I saw some gorgeously decorated chocolate strawberries and I thought the price was amazing for the presentation. I think a dozen strawberries were $36 which is a bargain compared to other places who make subpar looking strawberries . I would have loved to receive them as a gift myself !
