The food is incredible (I'm most partial to the croissants). From the coffee to the breakfast offerings to the truffles, I haven't had something I didn't think was excellent. And they make it all in-house!The staff is great. I've been in during busy times and slower times, and they're always working hard and friendly. “This is the second time we have been there. Both experiences were very good. the wait staff was attentive and friendly. The restaurant was fairly quiet but we were there for an early dinner. This time we ordered the mixed grill for two. Included were American rib lamb chops, shrimp, sausage, and meatballs. It was delicious and there was plenty of it. The soup of the day was a carrot soup, very tasty. we finished with tea and coffee as there was no room for dessert. We'll definitely go back.“

Of course, they have sprinkles and fun cones in different sizes and cups, but the best part is the GELATO!“

“Cookies looked so good we forgot to take a picture of the actual box of cookies we ordered. We got the box of four, Kitchen Sink, Stuffed Nutella, S’mores & OG Chunk. All the cookies were super fresh; hard but soft outside with a gooey warm inside..YUM! My favorite was the OG Chunk (had some sea salt on top) and the stuffed nutella. The kitchen sink was also very good especially with the potato chips but I just wish it didn’t have caramel drizzle on top. Definitely want to come again to try other flavors, but one thing I did have a problem with is the political views on the outside of the door. I do wish I noticed before walking in but I think political views on the outside of a cookie store is not necessary. Other than that, great cookies!“

“Walked into Piermont Bicycle Connection the other day and got to work with Sunny Quach. He is professional while also being personable, knowledgeable and very attentive. He was adept at finding ways to explain more technical aspects of the bike I was looking at in a way that helped me understand, which was extremely helpful. I ended up buying the Trek FX Sport 6 which is the biggest investment I’ve ever made in a bike. Even though Piermont Bicycle Connection is an hour from me, they earned a devoted customer in me because of the care and attention Sunny gave me. I will be back and will recommend to others. “I love this place. They have won awards for their avocado toast and when you try it you’ll see why. Everything tastes homemade and made with love. I love their espresso too. 3 stars for service because I had an incident where I was given non gluten free bread once and also cheese when I asked for none as I have both food intolerances which cause massive widespread inflammation for me that can last weeks into months. The person I spoke dealt with did not apologize/seemed annnoyed and it happened both times with her. However, it’s such a rare find to find a place with such good food and GF options for me (coming from the BX) that I wound up going back and it hasn’t happened since. Everyone there knows me now and automatically knows what I order but I just think people need to take food allergies and concerns much more seriously than they do. A meal form two will run you about $20 to $25 dollars. Not bad in todays ridiculous prices. The location was clean and the staff was responsive. The bathrooms were rather clean and functional. The is a school near by and the location was full with teens enjoying frozen yogurts and milkshakes. I had nom issues what so ever. What won me over was the taste of the food. Excellent I will say. “Delicious and healthy waffles! All sorts of toppings and add-ins are available for these sourdough type waffles, and they do not disappoint! The soup of the day today was beet soup. Delish! One of us had a waffle with chocolate as well, and one of us had frozen yogurt with toasted coconut. All so yummy! Great space, light and simple, great, friendly service! Regarding food, they said they only had a small bar pie, and that limited menu sort of gave me the impression that it was probably frozen and heated up, so I passed on the food and just enjoyed a beer and the atmosphere. Definitely a nice spot to grab a drink though. Especially if you are a local in the area of this bar, I definitely recommend it. “Didn't know there was a brewy in the bronx. Nice cozy place to have a temaste of the local beer. I was on a bike ride and this was our final destination. The father and son bbq was a pop-up, once the food ran out that was it. They had good food, the brewy doesn't have food and they are open at a certain time. I would suggest some heaters if the bay door is going to be open. I will definitely be going to back to try some of there other beers. Maybe catch a game.“
